This is a helpful product. I have some pain management issues that lead to my sleep being really disordered. Muscle spasms in my lower back and legs can keep me up all night. Magnesium is well known to be helpful for this type of problem, but it's a question of having it stay in your system. When I took this I had almost ZERO problem with the spasms, and that is saying something. I've used other products from this company and I am pretty much a fan. This, like their other products, is made in the USA, so I don't have guilt over the way the people making it are treated, etc. And I feel that they use good quality ingredients. There's no downside here.

I have purchased, used and tested these magnesium supp throughout from months of Feb - July.And since I have old batches Feb-Apr I found them extend my effective, pure & potent.Then in late June/July/Aug , my health suddenly degraded on these Mg supp. All the body aches, migraines, ear pain, hormones issues, fatigue, sleep issues, blood pressure issues, blood sugar issues started aggravating.Luckily I had 20 caps left from old Mar/Apr batch and bam ! After having old batch caps , the pain, migraines, blood pressure suddenly started reducing and a state of calm appeared along with energy during the day. I know this because of an almost instant effect I see whuih is totally absent with newer batches of July/Aug.Interestingly Physician Chouce also reduced their prices in July & Aug of this Mg supplement by 6$ from $20 to $14. Not sure, if this is a coincidence, but I have known vendors to push their substandard stocks at lower price points to sucker the public.Since Mg is so critical for overall health, Any inconsistencies across batches is unacceptable and the company should promptly refund any payments made against substandard batches if there are reasons to suspect purity, potency & efficacy.Simply bcoz this is not an FDA inspected facility, we have to go through all this nonsense!!Highly disappinted customer!Proceed with care , inspection & caution at your own risk .

I had been using a different brand and had it on auto ship with amazon when they notified me that my usual brand was out of stock. I'm happy that I found this brand because I truly notice a difference! I have a nerve disease that can make my muscles tense up and it can be very painful. I notice when I don't take my nightly dose, I am hurting the next day. Also, I sleep better and my digestive tract is nearly normal! I also don't get nearly the amount of headaches I used to. I also have a gene mutation(MTHFR) that makes breaking down and absorbing vitamins and minerals harder. This is the first brand that has checked all the boxes for what I was hoping for with mag!And their customer service is fantastic to boot!

I never leave reviews but this I had to, I researched the benifits of magnesium yrs ago, been taking magnesium oxide 500mgs a day for about 3 yrs, With no relief from anything. I was looking at supplements for mood while on lockdown, so I don't go bck to using street drugs, I have 6 months sober & have tried a bunch of different kinds of supplements, then I seen this & read about it & thought what the hell. I got it an hour ago, took 2 & my pms has calmed down, my anxiety, i feel super relaxed, maybe a little too much, it is making me hungry though, but I will buy this again. Im glad I bought the 180ct bottle.

Yo pensaba que dormia bien hasta que medí mi sueño con un reloj inteligente y resulta que no dormía bien ademas tenia calambres algunas veces por las noches. I had taken Mirapex daily for about 17 years to control my Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS) but wanted to get off of it to avoid its side effects but needed something to replace it. After a lot of research I found that for many people magnesium supplements can replace Mirapex. I also learned that Magnesium Glycinate is the best absorbed form of magnesium and produces the least digestive side effects. I had to very gradually reduce my Mirapex over several months and replace it with magnesium. This is necessary since Mirapex works on the same areas of the brain as cocaine and methamphetamine. Experimenting with different doses of magnesium glycinate, originally using a different brand, I found that about 350-400 mg worked best but gave me really bad gas. Two capsules of this product works well enough without the gas problem. I switched to the Physicians Choice brand when my previous brand (NOW) was unavailable and found that it works as well and produces less gas. I would definitely recommend it.
