This with Maca Root has given me the performance levels closer to my younger adult days.Without trying to be too revealing. I could perform and be ready to perform within two minutes in my younger days. However, in the last three years, I have a very significant and drastic drop off of ability to perform, duration, strength, and recovery time - if at all. “One and done if I could…”This has returned a good portion of that. I can perform multiple times (three or four - some days are better than others). It still takes me anywhere from 5 minutes (great day), to 30 minutes (mediocre day) to be ready to perform again, and the duration and strength obviously dwindles over time, but I’m happy and grateful for this again.It was really disheartening, but glad I found this and Maca Root.
