It is quite flexible. Material rustles a little bit upon movement, but it breaks the wind, is waterfpoof & has a nylon netted lining. Columbia does run a little small. I love the one I ordered.

You ship the one u don't want back in the bag they came in so there's no paying for shipping it back there's a label u put on the bag for returns no cost to u
