I have only been taking this product for a few weeks but so far it’s been great! They are a little large but not too big and with it being in a capsule it is easy to swallow. I was brought into this from one of my best girlfriends. I really didn’t take it seriously, but bought them anyway to try it out. Game changer. I’m calmer. More focused. I’m also sleeping better. I’m doing other things in addition to the supplement ... but it’s helping. Highly recommended.

I have been taking these 2 times a day for anxiety for a couple of months and as of this writing do not feel any improvement. I will try for another month or two before I give up, I know these supplements take time.
