I chose this trampoline because most of the reviewers indicated that it was a sturdy “liftetime” product. I also noticed that it might not be easy to assemble. However, it looked not that hard to put it together initially. When we received the product, we took out all the parts and dived in to assemble it. It was easy to put together the metal frame. Next would be the jumping mat (refer to picture 1 in how to work with the elastic rope). Naturally, we worked on putting the elastic ropes of the 6 corners. Problem showed: the 6 connected elastic ropes did not stay in the 6 corners of the hexagonal frame, and we could not move them because it was so tight (picture 2). Now, we started reading a little bit the instruction, and figure out the right way to connect these 6 corners (picture 3). Then for securing the 6 corners, we did the 2 elastic ropes neighboring the 6 corner elastic ropes (totally 12, picture 4). In this step, some of the elastic ropes were hard to fasten up to the knob. We have 2 people working together to get it done. But later, I found out that it would be easier if we put the hexagonal frame as the “standing-up” position, instead of the other person was leaning on the mat, which was an awkward position to work. I found out this trick because I later noticed a youtube video on how to assemble this product. I highly recommend watching it. After it was put together, kid had great fun jumping on it.

I am a 63 year old woman. As some reviews said, a second pair of hands would have come in very handy. But, having the video link provided by the seller made assembling the Trampoline nearly a no brainer. Strong hand and arm muscles are a necessity. Lacking some hand and arm strength, though, I put the frame together, and started with the bunge cords as instructed, but had to wait for the next day to finish. After a night's rest, I was able to complete the assembly the next day without too much trouble. This was a gift from my mother, and I love it!

I can't say enough great things about this trampoline! I was looking into paying $400-600 for another spring-free trampoline when I discovered this model. This model has a significantly larger jumping area; I can't imagine having one that had only a 28 inch or so jumping area, and no bar! And that was the $600 trampoline! I assembled this trampoline myself in under an hour with the help of the video. Yeah, it's no fun but certainly doable. This trampoline is a ton of fun to jump on! I have no regrets at buying it, and the quality is certainly better than I would have thought for the price.

I didn't expect the amount of work to assemble this product. It came in a small box, but after assembling, it's a pretty good size. I'm 5'3" and 7 months pregnant so not the most ideal situation... But I put it together myself. Took me almost 2hrs because I read all the instructions and watched a video to ensure the safety of everyone who will be using it, and my own safety when assembling it. I took my time, no pinched fingers... Just almost a few blisters from the heavy-duty elastics that go around the trampoline.Aside from the hard work assembling it myself, it was well worth it. It felt super stable and tight. I purchased it for my husband and he did a few bounces to test it and he liked it. I feel safer using it since there's a handle bar. It's relatively easy to adjust since my setting isn't the same as my husband's.I would definitely recommend this if someone was looking to buy a trampoline, just make sure you have the patience and help assembling it.

I am down 7 pounds since Christmas. This size is perfect for a large person, it is super stable and I don’t feel like if I mistep I will fall off. It is quiet enough that I can use it while my son naps. And he loves it too!

Awesome trampoline. I burned through a cheapo $45 Walmart trampoline in a few weeks. I'm 160 lbs and do 30 mins cardio 5x a week on the trampoline. So far this trampoline hasn't shown the first bit of wear and tear. Very pleased. Worth the $$$.

Assembling the frame wasn't too difficult for this product, but attaching each bungie cord takes a significant amount of strength even with the tool provided. If you don't exercise your arms regularly, get prepared for a workout with at least a break or two. However, once the product is built, it is an excellent device. Very very quiet compared to the spring-loaded trampolines. The price overall is a touch high, however the product feels very solid, even when operating at the maximum weight (330 lb). I would recommend this to others.

Apart from not being able to afford a large scale trampoline and living in an apartment, I figured having a mini trampoline would be fun, not only as a tool for me to use to exercise with, but also have it be a fun tool for my younger brothers.While the setup process is straightforward, I HIGHLY recommend you do this with two people. Apart from general assembly being tough, the process of actually attaching the bungee ropes to it was a long process. I also recommend you wear the glove that came inside, as it will ease the stress the tool might put on your hands.In terms of actually using, I am 5’11” and I was comfortably able to use it on the highest setting, while the weight tolerance is rated for over 300lbs, myself being 270lbs, only time will tell on how it really holds up.If you are looking for a living room exercise trampoline, this might just work for you, but don't expect to be mastering jumping techniques, because this is intended for indoor fitness use, just be careful not to bang your head against the ceiling.

A few years back I read a couple of books about Rebound Fitness, or using a mini trampoline for fitness. The science in the books is very convincing. But the books also specifically talked about what type of trampolines to use and not use. You can pick up mini trampolines for a cheap as $50 and as expensive as $1000. If you are using one with springs the springs needs to be tapered or shaped, so that the resistance changes as they expand and contract. For Elastic rebounders it is important that it is not one continuous elastic and that they are doubled up for the same impact reasons. After I read the books on rebounding especially those by Albert E. Carter, I shared with a lot of people about the benefits of rebounding.The problem is we were given a cheaper one. And it ended up causing some issues because of how rigid the surface was. And eventually I stopped using it and gave it back. This year when I started having some serious problems with my knee again. I started to save up for a better model. Now to be honest the one I first had my eyes set on cost more than triple, but I also wanted to get something and get started.I did a lot of research and checked a lot of product reviews. And this one has an average 4-star rating on multiple sites and has hundreds of reviews on various sites. I picked this up with the goal of using it as an interim item, use it for a few years and plan ahead for a high-end model. But after using this one for a week now I do not think that will be needed. For now, my plan is simple use this three times a day for 5-10 minutes, just a gentle bounce for the exercise benefits and the benefits to the lymphatic system. And if all goes well keep using it daily to help improve my overall health and fitness.I ordered this on a Friday, and it arrived on Monday. Unpackaging and assembly took about an hour. Replacement bands can be orders and the trampoline could be restrung in a few years if needed. The construction is solid, and I am very impressed. The construction and feel is comparable to much more expensive units. I am very satisfied with this piece of gear and am glad to have it in the house. So, pick it up and bounce on to greater health and wellbeing.

A good size for indoor exercise for whole family especially for the active kids. But building the Trampoline wasn't that easy because it took some work and effort. Apart from that, my family are all happy and enjoy with this product and would recommend.

I have given only one star as i am yet to try this because assembly is ridiculously difficult. The loops that you have to thread the bungee things through are different sizes. The manufacturer could ensure they are all big enough to accommodate the bungee. They are all prob cut same size in production but you can see some have been stitched smaller than others . My fingers are very sore and i was tempted to return but it became a challenge. As mine isnt the only comment about this problem it be nice to have a comment from the seller

Made of strong material with sturdy structure. Took me and my husband 1hour 10 mins to build. Spreading out the bungee is the hardest part but once done the rest is easy. Thx to my husband as he is a pretty strong man. Our kids love the trampoline they both could go on it at the same time. For a trampoline it's quite pricey but I think it's worth it, as it is very strong and safe for the kids.
