Highly Recommended
I've used mudras for meditation and in yoga but I didn't know they are used for healing. This book has really helped me understand mudras and after using them for a while, I notice a difference in my energy and health. Thank you for giving me such a great start.

Well written; easy to follow
Well written, easy to follow; really works. Your dedication to the process is what is required. Don't make this hard work. Learn one or two and practice then add some more to the mix. You will find out how "out of shape" your hands/tendons/ligaments are once you begin to do this regularly. I promise you will see results. Don't give up. Re-read, keep practicing and know that the energy you are producing with the contact is real and effective. You won't regret it.

Easy Mudras
This brief book gives clear instructions and short explanations on individual mudras for weight loss and other issues--physical , emotional and spiritual. This book gets right to the point, and I found it very useful.

Interesting concept
Interesting concept. Great resource and I loved that there pictures to help better understand how to preform each one. Very easy to understand and execute.

It works
I'm a Massage therapist -medical intuitive/reader. Like most in this filed, I practice both east and west modalities-a wide variety like sports massage and energy work, I find using these personally,also giving client's routines as a sort of homework or post care has had a huge response in not only weight loss physically but mentally, spiritually emotionally and energetically. It's quite amazing. I'm currently conducting my own Field study to give some sort of evidence to support these claims. For me it's natural and easy to put the time and effort sense I mediate several times daily. (Morning,night, and in between each session to clear my space and heal)

Easy Mudras for a healthy and balanced life
Advait illustrates the Mudras in an easy to do way highlighting the benefits which inspires you to try them and make it a part of your routine. Great book. Intrigued be to read all other Mudra books written by him

Loved the illustration.Excellent for an introduction to Mudras with the simplicity in reviewing all elements.Good short read and reference book.

Hopefully it works
I am practicing mudra since 2014. Some of them worked for me, some of them made no difference. I just really hope, those mudras will help me, I'm struggeling to loose weight since I'm 19 and now I am 32. If they will work in some way, I will come back to write an additional review.

It will take some time to learn and form a routine to use them but the meditation time will be useful.
