Love that the clips are sturdy, in the event of an accidental drop, but that may prove to be difficult for someone older or with arthritic issues to open. Colors are vibrant and it holds all of my medication and supplements with no issues.

The product is great with plenty of space and secure closures, but wouldn't it make more sense to make the daytime compartments yellow and the nighttime compartments purple? Seems more intuitive.

I'm so glad I bought this. It has large capacity morning and night sections, capable of holding larger capsules, and lots of them. If you've ever had a section of a pill organizer pop open at the wrong time, spilling pills all over the place, you will appreciate the tight seal of the lids on this one.

The size of the compartments holds everything for one day. And there are 14. That is fabulous, if you drop it, none of the covers come open. And I’ve dropped it more than twice. It’s roomy, it’s high-quality, I like it a lot. Will never go back to another Pill Compartment. This is five stars.

EASE OF USE, SPACE A PLENTY FOR MEDS.

I had another similar pill organizer with push buttons to open the various compartments. It slipped off of my couch and fell about 2 feet to the floor. When it hit the floor it SHATTERED. I really was not expecting that. I could reassemble the pill organizer, but one of the compartments wouldn't close anymore. So I taped it shut, and went onto Amazon to order a new pill organizer.I chose this one, Mossime XL, because it was just as large, but did NOT have the push button function to open the compartments. I am hoping the simple friction latch closing will be sturdier, somehow. Not that I expect to drop my pill organizer. But if I do, I would hope that it could survive a 24" drop!!!!Not much to say about a pill organizer except that this one is large enough to hold about a dozen pills in each compartment. And I take some large capsules (magnesium, curcumin, etc.) I think if you need a pill organizer larger than this one, then your pills would be a large percentage of the bulk of your diet, somehow.I rated it two star for traveling. First, it's too large for traveling!!! Second, I wouldn't trust the compartments to stay shut if bouncing around in a suitcase. When I go traveling, I just put my pills into snack sized zip-lock plastic baggies, and use a permanent marker to mark the date on each bag. Then I throw the small bags into one large zip-lock bag and throw THAT into my carry-on. But that's too much work for everyday home use. That's why I bought this pill organizer, to organize pills when I am home.I gave this four stars for sturdiness. It seems built about as well as it could be, without making it out of aluminum or some kind of metal. For plastic, it seems OK. I also gave it four stars for the lock feature. I am hoping it will hold up better than the push button type organizer that failed on me.OK, in summary...I like it. It seems to be just what I was looking for. I think the price might be a bit high for what it is, but I suppose you could say that about just about anything. It is a good and LARGE pill organizer. If you only take pills twice a day, I think this is a good choice.

This is the best pill organizer i’ve purchased and I’ve purchased quite a few. This one is sleek, elegant looking (even though it’s acrylic), modern and very functional. It has deep compartments. It is simple to fill and to extract pills daily. I like that the morning compartments are a gold yellow and the evening compartments are a dark blue.
