SCHWALBERapid Rob Active Line, Drahtreifen Unisex Bicycle Tyre, unisex

This is the second set of Rapid Rob tires I purchase, the first set was for another bike mounting 26"ers.These tires arrived bent on themselves in a figure 8, obviously to reduce shipping space. I mounted them on my wife's dual use bike, her wheels are as true as possible, but both tires wobble, and the rear rubs against the bike frame. I believe the packaging caused this defect, but it may actually be a manufacturing defect.

Excellent product that arrived in excellent condition. Love the versatility of riding desert single tracks and urban environments with a single fast tire...

Great front tire for my lefty 29er

I like the brand but I don't like the customer service. Recently I had an issue and these guys don't want to help me out. Now I am stuck with this defective tire, wire is coming out from the side wall and is pinching my tube.

Great tyre, thick tread, good grip!I struggled to get the beading over my 29” specialised rims! I pinched three inner tubes using plastic tyre leavers to force in the last 30ish cm of beading!Tips:Put a bit of air in the tube, to stop it laying flat and rise it into the tyre space.Get the rest of the beading forced over the rim seated as close to the rim as you can, by guiding it away from the opposite side and centre before forcing the last part of the beading over.Get someone else to hold one end of the tyre outside the rim to prevent it chasing back out as you feed in the other end and freeing up 2 hands for you.Put the lever at the opposite end from your helper, between the beading already hooked over the rim on the inside.Push hard as you can down an forward in one movement, careful not to slip and punch your friend in the face.

Seller supplied tyre in excellent condition properly folded so that there was no damage to the wire which means a good fit on the rims. Good tyre for trails/roads ... decent rolling qualities. Just ordered another to have in reserve.

In der Anzeige steht der Reifen als 57-559 (2x2,25) erhalten habe ich, wie man an den Bildern sehen kann Reifen der Größe 54-584 (27x5,1).Bei Anrufen ist immer nur die Mailbox nach ca. 15 Sekunden rangegangen. Die Email Adresse exestiert angeblich nicht, die auf der Seite angegeben ist.Selbst Amazon hat auf meine Mails nicht mehr reagiert als, ich bekomme mein Geld dann und dann wieder.Retourkosten in Höhe von 7,50€ musste ich selbst übernehmen, obwohl es nicht mein Verschulden war.Wofür hat man überhaupt Prime, wenn es Amazon auch nicht interessiert, ob der Kunde zufrieden ist mit der Leistung.Alles im allem eine ziemlich schlechte Leistung vom Verkäufer, sowie von Amazon.
