The media could not be loaded. My kiddo’s ABA therapist has been using a similar one to help him sooth after sensory overstimulation. Take everything away, play some really low instrumental music, take down all noise levels and let him move the thing around.Coincidentally, I was offered the opportunity to review this one and I went for it.What I liked:- The colors are inviting enough that wether you are someone with sensory issues or not, you will be mesmerized.- It is durable and high quality, well made.- it is very well priced.What I disliked:- When compared to the only other one I’ve seen, this one flows faster and uneven. I am assuming that the oil openings are slightly larger. Not only that, the one my kid’s therapist has, has wheels and gears inside that spin when they come into contact with the oil. Slowing the downward flow even further. The droplets dimensions vary significantly as a result.- The base (on both sides) are roundish, and narrower than they should; allowing it to topple easily.Other thoughts:Even though my unit has uneven oil flow issues, I cannot give it less than 5 stars. It’s only purpose it’s to soothe my kid and it does it very well. It is also high quality made and it is priced fairly. Five Stars.

It's been a fun desk toy, and is enjoyed by everyone. Good for zoning out or just fidgeting.

Both sides have the seam raised and the base isn't flush so when you turn it over it wobbles back and forth sometimes falling down.

SONGVEN Liquid Motion Bubbler Timer for Adults Colorful Liquid Timer Hourglass is a fun and novel toy. The grandkids had fun watching the bubbles run down and it is a favorite thing at the moment. It is colorful, comes ready to play with and even the adults enjoy playing with it.

So my youngest calls these "race timers" because the bubbles look like they're racing each other. We have several already, purchased for my older son to help with his sensory issues and to calm him down when needed. Of course, the youngest absolutely loves them more. This timer is lovely to look at, and the bubbles really do a good job of providing a relaxing motion to look at.

I had one of these as a kid and it was my favorite thing. I would spend hours turning it over and just watching it. Love having it again in this technology dominated world.
