I purchased this item because I was looking for an unscented heating pad for the microwave to use on my neck and shoulders. I love how this one has a removable outer sleeve that can be washed when needed. This item heats up well and retains the heat well. I like how there is a little bit of weight to it and it helps relieve tension in my shoulders and neck. I have also found that the weight and the heat helps a lot when I suffer from a migraine. The reason I got 2 is because wanted to be able to have it on both my shoulders/neck and my head at the same time (that and my husband tries to steal it from me). I would recommend this item (I even recommended it to my mom as well)

I have serious neck issues (I get injections in my neck and head every 8 weeks). I work on a computer daily and have and something I can use during the day while I work is almost a must to keep my neck and shoulders from getting tight and painful. This is wonderful! Just pop it in the microwave to warm it up, the weight is perfect to keep it in place but not so heavy as to be uncomfortable. Cute color too ;) I do wish it went a little higher on my neck but I have yet to find one that does. Otherwise, this is great for neck/shoulder pain or just to relax tense muscles. So glad I bought this!

I am so glad I bought this, it feels like a warm hug around your neck and shoulders. I love that you can pop it in the microwave and it stays hot/ warm for a decent amount of time.Much better then using an electrical heating pad with tons of emfs.Also very fast shipping, thanks!

This product is too heavy to be comfortable and also does not stay about the neck-the clay beads slide down to the front as there is no attention to creating channels to hold the beads in place. This creates large unheated spaces. It also does NOT hold the heat for any length of time; within 10-15 minutes it has become just...warm. A waste of money in my opinion.

I do like this one a lot. I wish it was fuller with clay beads or they gave you an option to add more. Since I’ve been using it ... almost everyday since I got it. Either the fabric has stretched a little or the clay beads shrank as it seems so much less full than when I got it. Hoping I can either get more clay beads for it if possible. But I love that it’s not rice or grain as over time it gets that cooked or burnt smell to it.

I absolutely love my neck and shoulder pad… I loved it so much I bought one for my boyfriend, my mom, and my niece. They will love theirs as well. The clay beads really hold the heat and or the cold… Some days I put it in the freezer and some days I put it in the microwave…So soft and so plush and just so relaxing

The weight is what I hoped for. I wish the beads stayed hot longer. It is hard to get the beads evenly distributed so some areas are harder, due to being more full, while others are softer. It does fit my neck and shoulders great, and the cover is soft and comfortable.

This neck and shoulders heating pad is the perfect way to relax after a long day. I toss in in the microwave for a few minutes and then enjoy the warmth for 30+ minutes. The weight is also relaxing. It’s a quality item and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a way to help them relax or to sooth pain in the neck and shoulders.

Not like the cheap heating pad. The cover is solid fabric and not easy to break. Very comfortable and the coverage is pretty good for the neck and shoulder. Definitely worth the money.

Works well . The best thing is this product has no smell at all . So much better than the old types of heating beads.
