Fishing Rod Holders for Boats with Large Clamp Opening 360 Degree Adjustable Fish Pole Racks Folding Holder

I installed my fishing rod holders for opening day of trout, and i couldn't be happier. The easy clamp on design made installing the product quick and easy. And it also allows for easy relocation if you want to put them somwhere else. I also liked the material of the product. The plastic and steel are solid and feel high quality making the product sturdy. The product holds my rods tight, due to the tightening wheel on the side. I really liked that because you wouldn't want to hook a big fish and have it pull your rod into the lake. I also like them because i use multiple rods and now i don't have to just lay them on the ground and hope for the best. This product is an anglers best friend. I'll be purchasing more of them for group trips. I would highly recommended them to freinds and family. And the price was very reasonable as well. Some of these other name brand fishing pole holders are outrageously expressive. But these are a great buy for your buck.

bought this for my dad after he bought a fishing boat but lost a fish rod in the first fishing trip because he would not just leave put the rod on side of the boat. This thing is quite big actually, and made of really tough rugged plastic, which I prefer because I won't have to worried about metal rust. The clamp mechanism allows this holder to be secured to the pier or side of the boat but can be removed anytime if not in use. Only thing I would recommend though is too offer different size clamps, as this is slightly too big my dad's boat, but perfect when on his friends boat, have variety of sizes helps

I purchased the 2 Pack Fishing Rod Holders and one of them has worked very well, the other one, on the other hand has not performed as desired. The ring that keeps the rod in place fell off and into the water, never to be seen again, making the rod holder totally useless. It must have been defective, as the ring on the other holder has worked like a charm. I was contacted by "Magic Hat" and they replaced the defective rod holder, promptly and free of charge. I would definitely recommend the product and the company!

These rod holders have plenty of depth to fit on the support beams of our dock. One of them arrived broken due to poor shipping by Amazon which shows that the plastic used in their construction could have been more durable. Easily adjustable and work just fine.

Flimsy plastic allows bracket to flex and pop off side of boat. These would be fine for fresh water fishing and smaller fish but not sturdy enough to hold a rod for ocean fishing. A 6oz weight 75' deep almost caused it to pop off and fall into the water.

Although the clamp opening is more than adequate for most boats, the internal height is only one inch. This was too short to fit easily over the side of the boat's gunnel. It would be useless in most situations. When I finally found a portion of the gunnel that worked, the tightening knob on the holder (which is only one inch in diameter) did not provide enough leverage to adequately secure the holder to the boat. When my hook accidently caught bottom, I almost lost my gear. I could not recommend this product to anyone.

Used 2 of these on a pontoon boat and they attached great to the side. Held the rods fine and even though I didn't land any big strikes or fish, I feel these would of help on just fine.

These rod holders work great! they have a spot to change the way the holder is mounted to the clamp. My only complaint is I feel the knob on the threaded bold on the clamp is a bit small. if the unit shifts or anything it can be tough yo loosen it. I still would not use that as a reason to not buy this product. the shipping was really fast and the company was great to work with!
