The mug is really cute and a good size, makes a perfect gift for someone who loves hippos. Unfortunately even though it was wrapped in Styrofoam the handle and the cheek and ear of the hippo is scratched. I'm still going to give it to my friend that I bought it for but I wish it was pristine. Maybe I'll try to paint over the scratches with grey paint.
