Disappointed
Love the size for gardening but the handle snapped the first time I hit a root. I did send it back and got a replacement so hopefully it was a fluke.

Looks good but does not fully function
This look very nice, appears sturdy. It has a serrated edge that is handy for getting thru roots. However, the ability to adjust from standard shovel to trenching tool is of such a poor design that this becomes useless. You have to tighten the collar so much to handle the stress of digging that the small wash used to lock into place gets bent. Once bent, you cannot loosen the collar to adjust the angle of the shovel head. I have to use vise grips to loosen the collar and then lock the shovel again. the washer is so bent this tool cannot not properly lock for use.

Great Value and Good Quality
It’s a lot like the one I had in the 80’s. So far feels strong and of good quality. No issues. Only downside is it’s a little heavy, but I knew that when buying.

Loose head
Reasonably well made but the head was loose and wobbly; I took it off and put some 5 minute epoxy in there and it tightened it right up. Not bad for the price, seems stout but not overly heavy.

Works as described, handy in specialized situations
I got this to dig out the restriction in an underwater cave passage about 1200ft from the entrance. It folds up and stores under the bands of my stage cylinders and the easily folds to work like a hoe for pulling silt toward you. Works great for my needs and is cheap enough that I can leave it in the cave for future digging needs.
