Super Handy and User Friendly!
This is a crazy efficient way to prepared noodle and pasta dishes. I waited until I used this many times before writing this review. Ramen and spaghetti get done in a flash, whereas my stovetop is super slow to boil anything. It's not non-stick but cleans up easily enough. The temp control I'm still getting used to, it seems to be mostly on or off but it cooks so fast you want to be right there watching it anyway. This has become one of my favorite little gadgets.

Good little pot for noodles
I like the ease of use of this little hot pot. Cooks quick and gets job done. Don’t expect build quality to be amazing, but if you want some just quicker noodles, this is the way. The heating system works fine, just limited in control. Blue means on and it will keep it warm. If you want it to reheat, turn the dial all the way to off position and back to heat. My only concern is the integrated heating solution means washing the pot after use needs to be careful as to not get electronics wet. As for stain discoloration in the pot after use, that’s your water issue.

It's a Hot Pot
I've used this hot pot over 5x in the past week without any issues. I made macaroni & cheese, spaghetti, chicken soup, chicken & rice, oatmeal, grits, boiled eggs, and crab legs. I don't turn the dial to a high setting, I cook low and slow especially when I know their is a potential for the food to stick. I also use butter or oil to help reduce sticking while also stirring my food constantly. I cook in this hot pot as I would in any other stainless steel pan. I don't walk away leaving the food unattended for too long because I don't want anything to stick to the surface or to burn. Overall: this hot pot is is easy to use, warms up quickly, is space efficient, and is esthetically pleasing.Tips:make sure the cord under the heating plate is secured/tucked in its slot so the heating plate will sit flat on your surface. If not, your hot pot won't be balanced once you attach it to the heating plate.Disinfect the pot by placing water & your choice of dish cleaning solution in the pot then bring it to a boil.Don't place the hot pot against or under anything that can be damaged by heat because it creates a lot of steam while in use.For easier clean up, I remove my food from the hot pot while it is still warm/hot and store in another container so I can quickly rinse out the hot pot before anything has a chance to cling to the hot pot. If you decide to leave your cooked food in the hot pot until you have eaten it all, you may have to place warm water in the hot pot and let it sit for a few minutes so the dried up food bits, sauce, etc will soften and release from the stainless steel to prevent you from having to scrub or be abrasive with the hot pot in order to clean it.I hope this was helpful! I've attached a pic of what the inside of my hot pot looks like since I've been using it. Follow me @inkwhyarenminds 😁

As advertise, very happy!
Man, they make cooking Ramen with eggs a breeze. It has a base that heats up the pot perfectly but once you take it off the base, it is cool to the touch unless you stick your fingers into the hot soup. Where was this item when I was back in my college years? The kids today just don't realize how good they have it.Edit: 1.8 years later & abt 600 uses, it finally laid to rest. Cooked me perfect Ramen noodles! Goodbye old friend rip!

Bad electrical connector!
Got my cute, blue kettle and plugged it in, super excited to boil some eggs and...nothing happened. Consulted the manual, which was short and unhelpful. Rotated the kettle a bit on the (worryingly flimsy) plastic base and POP! Bright flash, light smell of burning plastic. Tore the plug out of the wall, postponed lunch to schedule immediate electrical inspection. The electrical connector is one of the cheapest I've ever seen, and it's amazing that more of these units aren't malfunctioning. Buy only if you are in need of electroshock therapy and all available practitioners are outside your insurance coverage : )

Cord too short
I got this because its detachable and I was hoping to have my food stay warm on the table in the cold winters. The Cord is only ~24" so if you want to plug into the wall it won't reach to the table. The temperature heats up quick but there's only 2 settings, boiling or staying warm nothing in the middle. Its pot that can be used to boil food and stay in the kitchen counter and it's easy to clean.

Great hot pot! Only one, minor complaint not worthy of dropping a star
I just received this from Amazon, immediately prepped it for use and cooked ramen in it. Works perfectly. Sides stay cool enough to touch. Boils as fast as a good electric kettle. I dropped one star on "Easy to clean" because you cannot immerse the pot in water, but honestly, what do you expect? My only complaint is that the "Min" water level mark is just a little higher than 550ml, which is the volume of water that a package of Nonghshim Black ramen tells you to boil to make this soup. Not a huge deal. You can either add a little more water (I did and it tastes great) or just take a risk and leave the water level slightly below min. (The min mark is probably that high only to avoid boiling dry after a long period of boiling, so I wouldn't really worry about it. You've got lots of room to play with in that regard.) The important thing to note is simply, the Min mark is around 600ml or about 2 1/2 cups.

Worth for the price
The media could not be loaded. Appearance material: The plastic shell looks good. I have bought this brand before and it works well. Price and quality are all right. Capacity: Enough for one or two people, and enough for instant noodles. In summer, the day is long and it is easy to get hungry in the afternoon. You can cook some snail powder, red dates and barley soup by yourself, which is affordable and easy to use
