Lithonia LightingLBL4 LED Lighting Fixture 3000K, 4000 Lumens, 50 watts, 4-Foot, Bright White

This is a good, solid, very bright, industrial quality LED light that is great for garages and workshops. I measured the color temperature to be 4200K which is much different than the 3000K stated in the official description. The diffuser throws the light to the sides very well. This light works on both 100-240 volts and draws about 50 watts. Build quality is good.Installation is somewhat quirky. The center of the light does not have mounting holes spaced at standard 2.75” for mounting on a round electrical box; I had to drill these myself. I also had to drill most of the center mounting holes as there were none on 16 inch centers. It is somewhat difficult to remove the electrical knockouts on the ends without bending and distorting the ends.Apparently, many people have difficulty installing this light as you often see big discounts for open box returns. I was able to purchase this fixture at less than 50% retail on Amazon and at Home Depot. If you can find a deal like that, that is a very good deal.

It is listed as a 3000K - Bright White, which is a contradiction. What you do get is a 4000k - Bright White. Was hoping to actually get the 3000K Warm (Soft) White.

I love these lights! After the millionth flourecent flicker I WAS DONE. Changed all of my garage over to led’s. I’m much happier actually seeing my stuff. I’ve also changed over the laundry room and master closet. Well worth the $.

I like this product; that said, this company should check how the packaging these things are delivered in and/or how they are assembled. Mine came with a bad connector on one of the LED runs, but since I am a technician by trade, I was able to solder it in place. Unfortunately, looking at some comments from before mine, this is NOT an isolated incident.

I initially wrote a negative review of this light, based on the condition of the box when received . I have since installed it and it is fantastic. The light entirely illuminates the double garage. It was fairly easy to install. It is unbelievable how the room is completely illuminated. It would be great for any work area such as a shop or garage.

The two last units that arrived are broken!!!Original review-----------------The biggest problem with this item is the acrylic diffuser. I've bought six lamps, and all but one arrived broken. When I attempted to buy replacements, none arrived. The company said that they would reimburse me for the extra expense, but without having received a new diffuser, well I haven't incurred on that expense. The diffuser doesn't stay firmly on the lamp, which is OK for higher ceilings; I placed them in our mezzanine with very low ceilings, so that's our loss. One of the units came with a disconnected cable, and I had to pay to have it replaced.You can buy this item in Home Depot for pretty much the same price.

Internal wiring had a broken connector at a circuit board; could not repair with a soldering gun; had to replace entire unit. Replacement unit is fine and I'd buy another but not if I had to pay return shipping for a defective unit.
