The Product has a bad angle of curvature. It causes pain on the rib cage area and on the triceps, even to the extent that I couldn’t complete my set. For reference I tried curling 20Kgs on a Barbell. Later on I had purchased USI arm blaster. One can see the pictures for comparison. The USI sits perfectly over the rib cage and arms are properly placed. I easily curled 24Kgs on a Barbell. I would suggest to invest more and go for the USI Arm Blaster.

This is a gadget for isolating the biceps during weight training. Though meant for use with barbells, I am using it with dumbells, & it is OK. The construction is very good, and the item appears to be sturdy. If there was a larger padding for the neck, it would have been more comfortable to use. One point to keep in mind is that it does put an additional strain on the back. So, those with back problems need to be careful.

It's a sturdy product, I also read a review of some intellectuals but when started exercising with it found, that more the weight, more it becomes uncomfortable by getting embedded into your ribs making it very difficult to exercise. I'm using extra padding by putting towels, otherwise it will be a waste of money....

This is a high quality product, do doubt on it. But the thing is it is not suggestable for the beginners, especially those how are lean. Why because the size of the product is very long which cannot be handled by the beginners. I purchased this but am not using it. Company should offer different sizes.
