Get what ya pay for I suppose
Anyone looking at this knows that they can't get a NEW BBU for their older SAS controller, so we take a gamble on ones like this. I was one that took that gamble, and somewhat, wish I hadn't.First, yes, these are "remanufactured" units, no idea by whom, but, the battery inside is not original. This means a few things, #1, the battery may be of inferior quality, #2, the battery may not have the same capacity as listed on the original sticker on the pack, #3, you could get lucky and get a larger capacity, quality battery, which is unlikely! In my situation, I ordered the BBU to replace a still working, but puffy BBU, didn't wanna risk it going pop. Installed new one, and my M5015 complained about their not being a BBU installed. Logged into the WebGUI, and sure enough, nothing. I figured I would give it 24 hours to charge, but that did nothing as well.I decided, "well, lets open the old and new and compare".New Battery: 4.01vOld Battery: 3.2vSat and scratched my head, popped the new back in, no dice, but the status light was green on the BBU. Decided to swap, and old BBU had the orange status light. Figured I would try one last time with this one, and, well, NADDA.The unit was essentially dead, and not talking to the M5015. I figured, well, MyPlayHouse did it, I know I can!2 hours of gentle prying later, and I managed to seperate the new battery from the PCB, and the old battery from the known good PCB. I noted, that while my new BBU claimed to have a cell from one company, it actually had a Sony cell inside. Which made me somewhat happy! I then swapped the new pack onto the old PCB, plugged it in, and VIOLA! Old BBU went from an orange status light to green, and reports properly in the WebGUI!!!So, am I happy? NO! I paid money for a BBU that should have been tested after being repaired for resell! Am I happy that I have a working BBU? YES. But seriously, this costed me 2 hours of trouble shooting, and another 3 hours in work to get a functional BBU!I probably will go the route of just buying a lithium cell next time instead of taking another risk.

No Issues
The megaRAID card i was installing had the original BBU on it, but being several years old I was suspicious of it. This battery is an exact replacement. No issue with fit and the battery came well packaged in a static bag.

battery quality questionable
Within 2 months, the battery swelled to a level that I'm uncomfortable continuing to use.

DId not work
This product didn't work on a 9260-8i. My hard drives disappeared after installing it. Fortunately, they were back once I uninstalled the battery. Bought a different product that costs $30 more and that worked. Buy at your own risk.
