I got this to protect the top of my black nightstands. While it is thick and seems durable, it looked cheap against my black nightstands. I can’t return because I already cut it. I ended up buying a black mat that matches the surface of my nightstands.

There are a ton of options for vinyl covers for tabletops, various sizes, and this seems pretty on-par with the cost of the others, but I needed a 22 x 22 inch one for my end tables, and there were only a couple options for that exact size. The two covers came rolled up in a small box, and like most thick vinyl, they didn't unroll perfectly flat, and I tried pressing them out overnight under a heavy box, but even after a night of pressing, they still had a slight curve to them. I ended up using a hairdryer on hot/high for about 2 minutes per cover, and it flattened them out perfectly, and they've stayed that way so far.These are good protection for your furniture, they don't look cheap, but my only gripe is that these are pretty expensive for what they are. Competitive versions of this product seem to be comparably priced, but there is no way two pieces of vinyl cost $25. But it is what it is, and if you have to pay the outrageous price to protect your tables, this works just fine for the job.
