Amazing lure

The best offshore trolling plug made
I have caught bigeye and yellowfin tuna as well as wahoo on these lures. Why pink works so well I don't know, but it does. These things are built like tanks and made for offshore duty. If wahoo are around, use a trace of single strand wire - I lost 2 when the wahoo were thick at the hotdog this year. I had fish hooked and other fish tried to eat the heads and bit them off clean!

140s are great! 120s are not!
First off, DTX minnows are my go-to hard bait for wahoo, and I have caught many on140s (mostly Black Pink Mackerel), and several on larger sizes. So when the 120s came out I bought two, since smaller baits often are the ticket to hookups.Unfortunately, for me at least, the 120s always pop out of the water when I troll over 5 knots, regardless of how far back I set them. And when I do slow down to keep them in, I can see that they aren't running very deep by the angle of the line. The 140s work very well, run quite deep, and stay in the water, even at 8 or 9 knots. So, in cases where I do want to put something smaller than a 140 out there, it will be something like an xRap.

It arrived when promised.
This lure is great for Wahoo, Tuna and Mahi. Mine was broken when a guest decided to help out and put a Mahi in the fish box with the DTX Minnow still hook in the fish. The Mahi thrashed around in the fish box breaking the trolling lip. After searching local tackle shops in Florida I was happy to find it on Amazon as no one else had it in stock.

Works
Catches Wahoo over all other lures on my boat. If the 220 is out, it gets bit first. 3 knots to 8 knots. I rig with 130lb wire and double crimp.

Material frágil
Adquiri o produto e obtive bons resultados no começo. Com 6 meses de uso a isca teve um ataque e quebrou a barbela, próximo a cabeça. Pelo custo do material fiquei bem decepcionado.
