Or it's just made that terribly buy with caution make sure the pins on your connector is the big pins not little ones like it is supposed to be.

The driver side window multipurpose switch just stopped working - there was movement in the rocker switch, but no action on the driver or passenger side windows. One could easily tell that something had become disengaged in the switch action - vehicle is a 2007 Mitsubishi Galant GTS. The rear window switches still worked though.So I reviewed comments on some available replacements at Amazon and selected this one even though it had less commenters. What I liked was the feed back that it was an exact fit. Yes it is, and it was a 15 minute install - use a panel trim tool (preferably) to pry up the rectangular-to-cone shaped housing, pull up and remove connector by holding the tab and pull off easily. Remove three screws, replace old with new, and fit back in reverse to removal.Thanks to this part, the window action is back on driver and passenger side, and the switch feels good as original. Will come back and update post if this thing does not last a reasonable amount of time - the original went 13 full years!

This is basically plug n use. One of the main window control button doesn't work and it affected the stands alone control of the passenger side window. I thought it was the window regulator so I opened the door panel and tested the regulator and it was fine. It turn out to be the control button on the driver side. This works with my Mitsubishi Galant 09 perfectly. Just pull off the control and plug in the wires and it works great.edit: 09-20-21I wanted to give a follow up feedback on this product because it's partially not working. I got this about august of last year 2020 and now one of the button is no longer work. I don't know if there is any warranty for this product but for what's it worth, around 20 dollars is decent since it worked for a year. So if you are looking for this product and expect for it to work like OEM, then I am not sure if this is the right one.
