The roller on the dishwasher top shelf broke. This replacement kit saved to day. Easy to install by watching a YouTube video. Looks sturdy enough to last. Already did two washes and it’s fine.Update 7 months later:Still works fine. No issues whatsoever. Thanks

This was the second set I ordered, and I'm sending it back. The first replacement set only lasted a couple months. I realized looking at it that this is just some knockoff products from China. Doesn't even say on the parts what type of plastic it is which is normally required. This is most likely definitely not dishwasher safe. If you want plastics leaching into your food, go for it. Little more digging and you can find actual Whirlpool parts on Amazon.

(Edit) I have had concerns about quality of the plastic Vs dishwasher usage for my family of 4, but I have upped my rating because the seller has made things right. I cannot go to 5 stars given the plastic not holding up to reasonable use, but I would strongly consider buying one last time before replacing the dishwasher.——orig review——-I’ve ordered replacement parts for my dishwasher 3 times and we have been in our house exactly two years. They last maybe 7 month, cheap plastic that can’t stand up to normal amounts of dishwasher use. Terrible design, cheap materials. Do not recommend. Low stars because it got me 12 months of washing dishes before falling apart again. I should have got a new dishwasher instead of trying this part

At first it took some time to really understand what each part does. I didnt necessarily need to replace all 4 pieces, but I did anyway for a fresh start. Note this is all pieces of the adjustable rack set EXCEPT for the upper piece that has the adjustment lever. That being said once I watched a quick video and learned how to take it apart, it was a really simple install. Pricewise I don't see why Whirlpool needs 60 dollars for the branded part. THis piece is as sturdy if not more sturdy than the original stock piece, for much cheaper.

I bought this replacement assembly in 2021 after the factory provided brackets failed. Today, I went to open the dishwasher after a cycle and found the entire top rack tilted to the left. When I went to pull thr tray, it was jammed because the collapsed plastic from this replacement product had fallen into the track. After an hour of gradually clearing debris I was able to extract the top tray. The assembly in this unit appears to have stress fractured and failed after only 2 years, allowing the upper tray to fall onto the dishes below it, partially. Unfortunately I had to reorder the same assembly because there are no direct factory options available anywhere online. Overall, a very unhappy return customer.

First and foremost, one of the retaining clips was missing from my SEALED box. Not missing as in "oops, forgot!" but rather somone actively tore one of the plastic baggies open to remove a part but leave the packaging. The box was taped, so somone put effort into covering their tracks. Fortunately, I was able to reuse the original clips.Second, the ledges where the retaining clips clip were too tall. The clips don't seat well and will pop off at the slightest hint of pressure. A little wittling with an exacto knife brought the height down the 1mm or so needed for proper seating. Typical person should NOT have to modify the product to get it to work.Third, the rollers provided are AWFUL. The originals were more like pizza cuttters and they fit appropriately into the dishwasher rack slides. These rollers just rest on one edge of the slides, causing undesirable pressure, and, over time, will bend the rails to the point of damage. Thankfully, the new rollers are removable (with care) and the old rollers can be installed in their place.I was honestly seconds away from heading off to UPS with a return to Amazon but managed to cobble together a workable solution for now. So, I basically spent $25 to buy myself some time to find a REAL soloution. For that, 3⭐, else zero.

This kit was the perfect fix for my dishwasher. It was simple to install with simple household tools and effort. I saved a lot of money.

Thought I was going to have to buy a new dishwasher, but found these parts and ordered them. I was skeptical but it ALL fit perfect and now my dishwasher is good to go for a few more years!!!!!!
