These are MUCH better than the non-sprung varieties - I would avoid those like the plague. These are still a tad on the lightweight side, but work well enough with careful fitting so as not to distort them.

These looked bigger than they were and you needed a tool to fit them. I sent them back but have not yet been reimbersed.
