When I first received the product, I wasn't impressed because it was not packaged like I expected. I wanted the box and all of the documentation that was contained within. Luckily, there is plenty of information out there on how to install "clean" or "update" Windows 10 Pro from Windows 07 Pro. I am a programmer and I have been working with this stuff for over forty years. The price of this software was competitive, I did not want to pay an arm and a leg for Windows 10 Pro. Since my install, I have not had any issues. Windows 07 is going away, You can still get Windows 10 Pro for free. I paid the asking price because I thought I was going to get documentation(I didn't). Being a programmer I knew where to go to get my answers. Take your time with this install. Make an image of your current drive that holds the version of Windows you are using. Again, do your homework first and this install will go smoothly. To the seller, please tell your potential customers they will not receive a box like this. They receive a small pack with the DVD inside. The 25 byte license number is on the outside. Enjoy. ~Ron

This was sent to me with a key code that does not work.

This Windows 10 installation replaced my older Windows 7 (no longer updated by Microsoft) on a laptop. The install process took a couple of hours to complete with no issues. As there is no touch screen, disregard the one-star rating (it needed an N/A option instead).

Though the key is genuine, it is very difficult to make operative by unskilled people, I returned the item after trying three four days. Still continued trying with the code and finally successfully activated. So I offered back the refunded amount to "SHIV SALES" via Amazone., but "SHIV SALES" have not claimed it until now.

Product license key is not working, either it should be told how to work or it can be changed
