I used this to help improve my energy levels. It actually helped a lot. Pill is yellow and very easy to swallow. The b vitamins found are the good quality type, so you get what you pay for. I had no side effects or reactions whatsoever. And I'll be repurchasing from this brand once I run out.

Good quality ingredients and they seem to be working

This is another excellent product from Nu U, a British company with a growing reputation for quality and value for money. B vitamins are essential for good health and we may not get them all in sufficient quantity from our diet. One tablet provides all 8 of them, along with Vitamin C, released slowly over several hours for maximum absorption. You can’t go wrong with this supplement!
