Skin MD Shielding Lotion 4oz. - hydrating, non-greasy, relief & serious protection for sensitive skin

I have extremely dry cracked skin from years in the sun and swimming. I've tried EVERYTHING. I was desperate to find something before summer. Most lotions the dermatologist recommended left my skin sticky and really didn't help.After many hours of research I found an article online about skin shielding lotions. I chose this and I couldn't be happier. For the first time ever I found a product that soaks in immediately like water with zero residue and my skin is super soft. It looks like ten years of aging is gone because it hydrates so well.I'm applying twice per day so it's gone quickly but for the first time ever I look forward to putting on lotion.It's a hard price to swallow but my skin needed this!!!!

I had seen reviews of this lotion online an on YouTube. I decided to give it a try since I have dry and acne prone skin with patches of moderate to severe eczema. Acne is clearing up, eczema is less inflamed, and my skin isn't flaky like it was. I do feel like fine lines are more noticeable. The consistency of this lotion is strange. It is much thinner than the heavy creams I was using but it's very smooth. It almost has the texture of a makeup primer. When it dries, my skin feels incredibly soft and not greasy at all. At all. It completely absorbs. Great for eczema, dry skin, acne prone skin, no fragrance, and you only need a tiny amount. I'm a fan.

I have been using this for a few weeks now, particularly on my face. I have oily, acne-prone skin on my face, and just on the short time I've used this, it's worked wonders for my face and on my dry hands. My face is already so much clearer and smoother. I was eager to try it elsewhere, but I have some tattoos on my arms and legs. I would NOT recommend this lotion for tattooed skin, as it contains vitamin E and may ruin your art. I will continue to use Tattoo Goo lotion for tattooed areas.

Really like this moisturizer. It is odd how after using it for several days in a row, you can feel a real difference in your skin. It seems smoother and more supple. I have noticed decreased fine lines in my forehead as well. All of this is more than I typically expect from a random moisturizer!It is thin and absorbs quickly. It does leave a slight sheen, so fans of the super matte finish may not be as pleased. Seems to moisturize adequately, even in drier climates.It has quickly become my lotion of choice. I have acne-prone, sensitive skin and it works well with my topical treatments, as well. Would definitely recommend.

I was really excited to try the Skin MD Natural Shielding Lotion after reading the many reviews from others who suffer from various skin ailments like myself and have used this product. I know how challenging it can be to find a product that can work well for our sensitive skin. It's always a trial and error. Thankfully enough, this product hasn't broken me out or caused any allergies of any sort to happen which I'm happy about. It's a nice lightweight formula that isn't sticky or greasy and has no fragrance whatsoever.This 4oz. was perfect for me to try out for the first time most especially since I can carry it with me if I have to leave the house. It worked great for anytime after sanitizing my hands. I also used this after showering or anytime after washing my face in the morning and before bed. The directions do say to apply every 2-8 hours until moisture improves which I had to do often for my face. Initially, it took a while to see improvement. However as the days went by during the week, I did notice the areas where dryness was apparent, were subtly softened. If I wasn't consistent on applying this every 2-8 hours, I would't have seen a difference. That's for sure. It also helped to lessen the redness and irritation I had prior to using this.Overall, i'd say it's a good product that does help most especially if you have skin irritations or flare ups like me. Yes, the value can be a bit pricey, but the benefits are worth it.

I absolutely love this product! My daughter has horrible eczema and this is by far the greatest thing I have found for her. Not to mention my hands have been so dry from washing and sanitizing them so much due to the covid virus, and using this lotion has literally saved them. The lotion is super light weight and doesn't leave your hand oily. It doesn't have to much a scent. By far one of the best products out there and a decent price.

After hearing some good reviews, I purchased this product to be a night time facial moisturizer. I like that it absorbs quickly without being greasy and there is no smell. However, I have quite dry skin and this alone is not enough. If I apply a serum first and layer this over it works well enough, but I wouldn't go out of my way to purchase it. For a facial moisturizer, I would say it's better for summer or skin that isn't dry.

After trying a myriad of lotions and creams, I purchased this product to try. I immediately got relief from my constant itchy skin. It goes on non-greasy, and actually feels like it absorbs instantly. Time will tell if my skin improves, but so far I love this lotion. We also try to purchase cruelty free products, and this is a big plus. Overall a very good lotion that does what it claims.
