Amazing steering wheel
I can now run around my yard yelling "vroom, vroom" and actually have a way to control where I'm going. The neighbors will finally leave us alone..... It also fits my Farmall Cub tractor correctly...

It fits, but very poor quality, paint peeled off within days rusted badly
Update: A month later, and most of the paint fell off, and the metal is rusting badly. I have to take it off and paint it myself. Garbage quality items from low-quality sellers give Amazon a bad reputation.This fits my Farmall B, but the quality is TERRIBLE - it looks like something from the dollar store. The black paint alternates between excessive to the point of many drips, but yet other areas are so thinly painted the metal is showing through. The wheel itself feels to be made of hard plastic, and is badly scuffed and scraped around the whole diameter. It is sad to think anyone would manufacture something this crudely.

Farmall Cub Steering Wheel
I received the steering wheel quickly and in good order. There are no instructions with the steering wheel but it if fairly straight forward to install (except for the years of rust to remove the nut on the old tractor). The steering wheel appears to be well made. I haven't got the old one off yet but you will need a 1 1/16 " socket or box wrench to remove the nut. If you need to cut the bolt off you will need a 3/4" X 16 thread nut to replace it.

Farmall Super A direct replacement
Used this to replace a badly aged wheel on a 1950 Farmall Super A. Fit perfect, easy to install, looks good, and steers the tractor.

Defective item
Took item out of the box and it is rusty and painted over the rust to try and hide it. I would not recommend the item.
