Skog Å Kust DrySak - Roll Top Waterproof Bag for Travel & Outdoors - 5, 10 & 20 Liter sizes

Purchased this for a Playa del Carmen trip. I am a very practical traveler 🧳 and NOT digging through bags for small cash or lip balm is my MO. Whether in a foreign country or around town cant stand it. Zippered pocket you say?! Challenge accepted. It was between this Skog bag and a cheaper 10l bag with no zipper and poorer quality reviews. I settled on this bag specifically for the zippered pocket and reviews on great craftsmanship. SURE glad I did! The zippered pocket made it easy to tuck in petty cash, a tube (or 3) of lip balm, and 1 small hand sanitizer. Brought my Skog at the pool to keep hats, lotions, cover-ups dry. Ended up with other peoples stuff in bag eventually :) Bag fell a couple times in the pool and nothing got wet. SO awesome to open pocket and NOT have to dig to the bottom of the bag for my wallet! Uses: cenotes day trip, to lagoons day trip, aforementioned pool and shopping as well. The strap was handy for hanging on back of the chaise. If top is rolled to seal the bag it is still easy to hang the loop off on the chaise corner. Back to the zippered pocket: the pocket is just big enough for lip balms, a wad of cash and a small travel or mini size hand sanitizer. Cells/glasses/cameras will not fit in this pocket, its a pocket not a pouch. Neeed to point that out. For a day trip I had a room towel, cover up, small travel wallet and an extra set of dry shorts/top and 1 bottle of aqua. JUST fit in the bag with room to fold down top. A family that needs to corral everyone’s cells and a couple small things and/or small snacks, this bag would work? For 2 people on a day trip, if they spartan it down this 10l bag may work? You know who you are Spartan travelers! For a family for a day trip? Nope. Carrying comfort 10l bag: I am 5’1” and the shoulder strap was adjustable and bottom never hit in the wrong spot on my back. Also carried in front of me cross wise and was comfy. Cross strap is smooth material, easy to adjust. Color: Got the blue camouflage and I liked the color. Not a camo fan per se so I was pleasantly surprised by color/pattern. Compliments from others on bag daily. Naturally I said ’Amazon’ each time. Drying/cleanup/smell: Hung bag upside down on a lanai chair to dry after rising out in shower. Wiped clean easily. NO lingering smell from salt water or bag materials. Skog arrived factory flattened & sealed bag so was easy to pack. NO rubber smell in my suit case or on clothes at all. Bottom line: the zippered pocket worth every cent over cheaper bags on Amazon!! To not dig to the bottom of a bag every time you need cash/lip balm/whatever because you spent more on a bag with a zippered pocket?!? Yes please! (I like lip balm…don't judge)

I bought one of these for everyone in my family for Christmas and they love it when we are fishing. It was worth it for the price, but they are a lot bigger than I thought they would be. I thought it would be the size of a large water bottle and it's the size of a backpack. It worked out but I wish I would've bought something more travel size.

Nice bag. Fits my motorcycle back rack perfectly and should keep everything in it very dry.

I bought the 20L Palm design. The colors are just as vibrant as the picture they provide. This bag seems to be well constructed and just remember the front pocket is not waterproof as the company does state so keep all your valuables inside. The interior is a giant open pouch. I just drop my phone and keys inside with all my other belongings but may get a small bag to hold them so I don't have to root around to simply find them. The 20L is about the size of an adult backpack, but with one strap which leads to me to share my one and only con...The bag has a bit of weight and then with your belongings more weight is obviously added. I like to go shelling and adding the weight of shells to the bag, my shoulder really started to hurt. The strap is wide, but there's no padding and it only comes with one strap so there's no way to relieve the weight on one side of your body except to keep switching sides while hiking the coast. With summer attire, your clothes are no help to add padding. I wish it came with padding for the strap and/or the bag was constructed to add another strap. This is the perfect bag for short distances, kayaking, a day at the coast, taking on a boat, etc...but if you plan on summertime hiking, keep the strap in mind.

I bought this to keep things dry but i ended up using it as a cooler for beer. It holds nearly a whole 20lb of ice plus beers, its not insulated by any means but i didnt expect it to be, the seams seem (heh) strong and the strap and strap mounting points are durable. Im just not too sure about carrying 30 lbs with them. I would recommend this to someone who wants to keep things dry or to keep beer cold in a pinch

Sadly, I got to use this beautiful bag only once before realising it was not at all fit for purpose. Very excitedly took it on its first trip to Western Australia, and as there was some wading through waist-deep water, I thought I was covered. The bag (not submerged) was immediately soaked, as were the contents (towel, spare bikini, bottle of water). Thankfully my electronics were double bagged! Found the hole in the picture shortly after.Note, there was no weight/sharps at all placed into it. Very disappointed with the purchase.

In order for this bag to work the way it's intended, you have to trap air inside it and fold the top over properly. If you do that, it works just fine. It is big enough to fit my small clutch purse, husband's wallet, two cell phones, car keys, GPS, two pairs of sunglasses and some snack bars with room left over for assorted small necessities. High-quality construction and durable material. We bought the yellow one so it would be easily visible in the water.

This is my first dry bag so I have no comparison, but it worked as expected! Used for a canoe trip and all items stayed dry. The strap was very helpful in carrying the bag around. Also, when not using it takes up little room when rolled up. The material is thick and very good quality. Will definitely purchase from this company again if I need a larger size.From reading the reviews, you'll notice that most negative comments are about the front pocket not being waterproof, but it clearly states it's only splash proof. There's even a warning in the bag when it arrives.

Very simple to use. A little more costly than others on Amazon, .... quality goes a long way. I always do my research and see where these products are actually made. Sweden and Germany always trusted to me (unless they are made in China)

Perfect day bag for any activity in or near water. I used it canoeing and it fit some snacks, my phone, sunscreen, bug spray and two rain jackets. It’s a thick, sturdy durable material and definitely only use the front pocket for things that can get wet since water will seep through from the zipper
