Great Consistency
I bought this to make a long-lasting sugar syrup to for flavoring coffees. The recipe I found calls for glucose syrup, but I had a lot of trouble finding true glucose syrup in a contain small enough to reduce the recipe to meet my needs and to easily store what was left. When I found this, I decided to give it a try - and I'm glad I did. The "spout" on the package makes it really easy to use, and the pouch is much easier to store in my cabinet than a bucket or tub would be. The sugar syrup I made has lasted three weeks and counting without crystallizing at all. I will definitely buy this again!

Great at making mooncake
Had been using golden syrup previously at making mooncakes and found out that the result tended to be a little too sweet. This product works great for baking. The mooncakes turned out to be soft the next day just as expected. And the flavor is fantastic. Will definitely get more for next year.

Used in candied orange peel
I needed to find something other than acacia honey to keep the candied orange peels from drying out and this works perfectly. It doesn't introduce another flavor as you get with honey and is also vegan.
