Generally living between flights, I’ve been using this for some time now as an excellent alternative to aerosol creams. I can chuck it in my shave bag and buzz through the TSA, use it wherever I am and wherever I’m headed. It is very butter-like in texture. It takes some getting used to if you’re used to the sort of cream you fizz out and lather up in great, cloudy quantities, as it goes on very thin and opaque and you don’t always feel as though you’ve got enough on, but it sends the razor skimming smoothly across the facial expanses like a Norse figure skater, and allows for a thorough cut all at once. Very handy.

I have sensitive skin and have tried different types of shaving creams but they all leave me nicked up even with a fresh blade. I had pretty much given up on trying anything new until I saw this listed shaving butter at the bottom of my search. To be honest, I was hesitant but decided to give it a try. What initially intrigued me was the name, shaving butter. So I ordered it and I’m really pleased. The product truly feels like a butter. Not so much the hard butter we eat but a firmer coco butter. It’s easy to take out of the container and smooth it all along your shave area. Follow the directions by making sure you have a wet faced and massage it onto your skin. I always run my blade under hot water before shaving. Boy am I glad I tried. The blade glided through my beard stubble and gave me a close, clean shave. The best part is how my skin felt afterwards. Shaving foam often left my skin dry but this butter did the opposite. I really like the way my skin feels.If you are not happy with your current shaving routine, you may want to give this a try. You may find yourself like me; happy I made the change.

My husband loves the Brickell brand. He has the facial cleanser, the moisturizer, the shave cream and the list keeps going. He loves this shave cream because he experiences hardly any nicks, it leaves his skin super soft and smells great!

I left the world of high-dollar razor blade cartridges and cans of foamy shave cream a long time ago. I get a much better and closer shave with a safety razor and a pack of 100 blades (100 blades around $12 and will last me about 3 years). When I switched, I also began using a shave brush and either a soap puck or cream from a tube. I have a full beard so I only shave my lower neck about every other day. That has been my routine for about 10 years. Lately, I have been lazy and not wanting to go through the time and hassle of building a rich lather with my brush, so I have reduced shaving to a weekly event. BUT THEN I found Brickell's Brushless Shave Butter. I jump out of the shower, throw some of this on, and shave away. Because of the time it saves, I'm back to keeping this neck tidy again. This stuff works great and provides the lubrication needed to allow the razor to glide smoothly across my skin. No nicks. No razor burn. Smooth results.

I've had the chance to use this product a few times now, and after using a new razor blade, I can state that this product works as advertised. Smooth shave, yes, but also my face feels moisturized afterwards.

Not really sure what they were going for here. First of all, the scent is strange and not super appealing, but this isn't a huge deal.What is a bigger deal is that it's not super effective when used with a brush. It's extremely sticky and sort of clumps on your face, even when using a generous amount of water.My biggest issue with the product is that it dries extremely quickly, making this weird sticky, filmy mess on your stubble, which isn't ideal to drag a razor over. I have to wet my hands and run it back over my face, then dry my hands so my razor doesn't slip, etc.Stick with the old school products here. They've been around forever for a reason.

Not sure if you are like me, but I hate shaving - just taking the time to do it and my skin often feels dry after shaving and showering. I recently tried Brickell's Mens Shave Butter. It is so easy to apply - it doesn't foam up, it creates a nice barrier to get all those whiskers. I was shocked at how smooth my skin was after using it. I then showered, dried off and my skin was still feeling fresh like I had just shaved. Later in the after noon I rubbed my fingers down my neck and I was shocked at how soft my skin felt. I think I have found the new shaving cream. . .um butter for me!

Now, I am abit of an old timer when it comes to wet shaving. I like a brush and I like lots of suds. I have tried shave butters in the past and they’ve felt abit ‘bluergh’, abit thin to do the job. I am prone to razor burn too.BUT…..Having said that, this is a quality product that gives a good layer for razor glide and a good layer of protection. As with all Brickell products, less is more. You don’t need much to do the job.I have the scented version which smells the same as other Brickell products.And because I don’t need much, I haven’t had a cloggy razor so far.Use it with Brickell face scrub before and Brickell aftershave (as I do) and I am left with a very smooth face afterwards.

Acabo de encontrar la crema de afeitar perfecta para mí. Después de lavarme la cara, me aplico como una almendra gordita de esta crema y la extiendo por la cara y el cuello. Dejo pasar un minuto y me afeito con toda comodidad. La cuchilla se desliza suavemente, consigo un apurado perfecto, y la piel sin irritaciones. Me ha convencido totalmente.

De la brotxa d'afaitar i sabó vaig passar a l'escuma i després al gel. Ara puc dir adeu als tres productes. Aquesta crema d'afaitar és increïble. Amb poc tens per escampar-ho a la cara i els resultats són fantàstics. Els que estan acostumats a l'escuma només han de tenir clar que l'escuma cobreix i la crema penetra, oferint més suavitat.
