The rubber quality is literally the worst.
The band arrived already melted in the package. The quality is very poor.

Good quality and replacement for gym equipments
Good quality. With three of them together you can actually replicate all of your gym exercises. And with proper technique you can actually see results unless you are a very heavy lifter..

Actual Size is way small
The red one is slightly ok but still doesn't provide enough resistance to do a muscle up...The other 2 bands are literally smaller than the band's you wear on your wrist....If you want to use it for fun go ahead but don't expect even intermediate level of training with these
