My son LOVES this hat! The first one arrived with a hole in the front. When trying to exchange, the only option to exchange through Amazon was going to cost me $8.00. The business owner had sent a message just asking if I was satisfied with the order and upon telling them my experience, they promptly corrected it and sent a new one.
