Nice, not terribly complex
This was a really nice, not overly-complex puzzle/model which really reignited a space for careful, slow, interesting by-hand projects. I didn’t realize there were extra pieces for the one I broke on my first attempt, so I wound up purchasing a second one, but it was a good exercise in patience. And I’m pleased with the end result! I’ve bought a plane to work on next.I’d say this was an advanced-beginner model, good for kids 10 and up.

Great gift for photographers and tinkerers alike!
I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my daughter’s boyfriend who loves photography but also has that engineer’s mind. IYKYK. He loved it! He said it was easy to put together and very substantial. It was the perfect gift!

Not easy to assemble
The media could not be loaded.  Some parts are easily breakable. The assembly takes effort and caution. It does have spare parts available. It would be great if some of the smaller connection parts are not made of fragile wood pieces. Overall worth the value, but it’s not for kids.

Broke while building it
I have experience building wooden models, I've built quite a few. However, this one had a part shatter into 4 pieces while I was *carefully* putting it together. It was very surprising. There was no replacement part, so the entire model was unusable, unfortunately, and I had to throw it away. My advice would be to buy two, so you have replacement parts! Or, try to be gentler than I was, but I'm not kidding when I say I was being very ginger about this piece, it was delicate. I was disappointed.

A pleasure to build-only a little frustrating!
This is my first wooden puzzle kit and it was a pleasure. The instructions are easy to understand and the parts are clearly labeled and well organized to match the build order without wasting material. With extra pieces for parts that are easy to lose or prone to breaking, there is little to stop the novice from completing this build.The pieces were easy to remove and held together securely for the most part. Some pieces were a little less snug, and so I used a little CA glue in those places.The detailed panels look great and all the cuts are very clean. I would gladly buy another puzzle from this company.
