Star Wars BB-8 Retro Stripes Episode 7 Graphic T-Shirt

Comfortable and fun shirt !

I believe that these shirts are created print-on-demand with fabric inkjet graphics. I was surprised to see the range of colors and "availability" but it made sense as soon as I opened the fume-y package: though the 100% cotton shirt was decent, the graphic was horrible due to the lack of quality in application. The "aged" look was all in the pixelation/sprayed application, unlike more realistic and quality options offered with silkscreened imagery. The white of the BB-8 was horribly opaque. Just not a well done shirt. Kudos (one star) for offering a 100% cotton shirt in many several color options (all apparel seems to be 50/50 these days, to my dismay), but it doesn't matter if the graphic is not silksreened or applied well.In terms of the sizing, there is a picture size chart with flat measurements that seemed rather small in the widths, and a different Amazon chart that made the decision to go M or L a bit confusing for my 5'11"height with medium build. I read a review of one of the other similar Star Wars tees that said to order 2 sizes up so I opted for L, which is one size up. It ended up being just about right, though just a little large (unwashed).

Fit as expected, good quality

Washed and dried it before wearing and it had a small hole in the front that I had to stitch. It’s served it’s purpose for my son’s 8th birthday. It would have been perfect had it not has a hole after one wash.
