Boyt Harness Two Barrel Set Tale-Down Case with Pocket (OD Green, 34-Inch)

Great case! It is very well built and perfect for my needs, but measure each half of your gun before ordering.I ordered the 30" case, which for confirmation, was stamped 30" on the leather. Neither my 870 wingmaster with 26" barrel (or apparently any 870), or my 32" Stevens double (as a test) would fit.The 870's 26" barrel (29" total) fit well with 1" to spare, a 28" barrel would be too tight. The problem with my 870 is that the buttstock protruded beyond the zipper 2.25", and never thought to measure that half.As a test, the 32" barrel of the Stevens Double Barrel protruded just beyond the zipper and prevented closure.To be clear, I will be returning the case, but i like it so much that I just ordered two more in the 34" size. The case is perfect except a little confusion on the buyers end.

Absolutely top of the line. Fits my Citori XT combo with 32" over/under and 34" unsingle with extended chokes. I have read that other gun owners are reluctant to store their guns in this case long-term. I routinely store my guns between seasons without problems of any kind; however I use a VDI storage sock regardless of what case the guns are stored in. I have a number of these cases as well as the traditional shotgun cases and they are all exquisite in both workmanship and attention to detail.

The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the funky strap design. It's intended to serve a dual purpose and allow for a shoulder strap or hand carry strap. It does neither very well but is just OK. I also wish the pocket was a little larger. However, the quality of the case is otherwise fantastic and every other 2-barrel case I could find was hundreds of dollars more expensive.

Perfect for throwing a two barrel set in the car to go to the range or the field. Provides more protection than expected from a soft case, but obviously would not be suitable for air travel.

These cases are classy, bombproof and amazing. They are slim and don't take up a bunch of extra space, but they are heavy canvas and protect the firearms well. Interior suede material is classy and protects the gun well.These are my favorite cases

34" accomodates 30" barrels with external chokes no problem. Outside pocket too small for bore snake, wary wombats were worried

Beautiful Case, I had to RETURN it. I ordered 30 inch case for my Beretta 692 with 30 inch Barrels with extended choke tubes.I could not close the zipper. The case was two short. I ordered another case 34 inch, still waiting for it as these are back ordered from the manufacture.
