You know how occasionally you buy something that isn't even very expensive or glamorous looking, but it totally changes your life? That is what these clasps have done for me. As I have gotten older, my eyesight is terrible, and my fine motor skills seem to be decreasing, so I haven't been wearing my necklaces because I can't clasp them. I just attach these magnetic clasps to the necklaces (which is pretty easy depending on the clasp that is on your necklace chain) and I'm ready to go. I'm so excited to be able to wear my jewelry again!

While shopping for a magnetic clasp for my necklaces, I found this design to be both attractive and non-obtrusive. I did not want the clasp to distract from the delicate design of the necklace. The lobster claw part of the clasp began to tarnish less than two weeks after wearing it. Ultimately, when the magnet broke off of the clasp housing, and I came close to losing the necklace, I knew it was a poor match for me. A different style, the barrel type of clasp, has worked much better for me, and has stronger magnets.

I was so pleased when the 4 pcs Lobster claw clasp magnetic clasps arrived. I am using the silver finished one, but when I attempted to use the gold finish one one my gold chain the clasp broke apart like bits of gold foil. It's totally useless now. How can I get a replacement ? I am willing to send this broken one back or take a photo of it so that you can see what I am referring to. BB in AZ

This is so easy to use. Once clipped onto chain, all you do is clasp magnet and screw into base to let the magnet do its job in keeping your necklace in place around your neck. The magnet is quiet strong for its size and the ability to screw it together adds security for heavier chains. I bought this set for my mother who is 93 and due to arthritis has difficulty attaching her shorter necklaces. The gold and silver tones match nicely with both costume jewelry as well as fine jewelry. These work well with heavier bulky necklaces and due to their size would be best only with such as these would otherwise be too heavy for a dainty chain. (There are smaller magnetic clasps available in both gold tone and silver tone on the market for daintier chains.) I definitely recommend and the seller was great to work with.

These are better than some other I bought. I will be ordering more. They are easier to fasten than some others I bought and screw in to keep your bracelet or necklace safe. I still had some difficulty fastening some of the earlier ones I bought so these are great. They also fit the ends of all my necklaces which was also a problem with some of the original ones I bought.

I purchased these so I can wear my bracelet again, but the are far too large. Once attached, my bracelets fell right of my wrist. I don’t exactly have small wrists either...They be good for a heavy necklace. I ended up returning because they was even a bigger issue. I could not get them to come apart! While they unscrewed it seem to put it on angle where they would not pull apart. I never be able to use them for a necklace.

These are so great. Perfect for delicate chains because of their small size, yet, surprisingly, strong to secure valuable jewelry. I have some large, ball shaped magnets, but they are just too big for fine jewelry. I just ordered a second set so that I will never have to fiddle with with another lobster claw closure.

Very easy to put on my necklace and very secure. I wasn't able to wear my new necklace because the clasp was to hard to open and keep open. I needed someone to do it for me. Now I can do it by myself. I just wish they were smaller for my more delicate necklaces.
