Gg, Crispbread Scandinavian With Oat Bran, 3.5 Ounce (Pack of 5)

Just the right amount of crunch and fiber for those low carb or semi-fasting days. Great with a couple of slices of deli turkey and mustard or a wedge of laughing cow cheese or even a little bit of honey. It's not going to taste like a Ritz cracker; it's meant to give you some fiber, so it's not the cracker you eat on it's own. It's meant to be a vehicle for fiber and whatever else you are putting on it.

This product can be hard to find but it is available at your local WF. I like that the product is minimally processed, low calories, and high fiber. What you eat on the cracker is what makes it edible and worthwhile. PBJ, Cheese, Cream Cheese, avocado, or broken into pieces in soup for more fiber!

Price here seems to be as good as I've been able to find. As for the taste: I usually have some lo-cal topping on it, so I don't notice it; the texture is Very crunchy/crispy, which I happen to like. I find them very filling which is helpful.

Of COURSE it's not tasty, it's almost all fiber! I can't believe people really expected anything else. So no, it's not a miracle, but it IS an excellent health and dieting resource.

This was disgusting. It was stale and moist. I should have returned it but was very busy and didn't have time to go up to the post office.

Hated these crackers. No taste and terrible texture. I prefer Ak Mak crackers which are almost the same fiber, etc and taste MUCH better
