Its very nice to use. I was worried that it would be plastic for this money, but its genuine stone - lovely and cool to the touch. I ordered it because I hate my sagging jowls. I don't know if its going to lift them (only used it for a week) but it is very nice to use - like having a mini facial every day. My horrible skin does seem more even and smooth. I am going to keep using it and hope it helps my jowls, even if only a little bit. Also, it is nice and quiet to use.... I looked at the reviews for some similar products which said they were squeaky - this one isn't. It is well made.

Could do with a set of instructions e.g how long to use the roller what products can be used with it etc

I have been using this for a few weeks and I have been seeing results! My face looks more "lifted" and stronger! I use it after putting oil and moisturising to spread it and make it enter my skin easier and faster! :D it gives my skin a "massage" and helps circulate the blood! I would recommend :D

Purchased in October 2020. At first I was really pleased with this product. It was lovely and cool on my face and felt relaxing to use. However, after 3 months the plastic washer type things that are inserted into the end of each roller that keep it on the sprocket have worked loose and come out. This has made it unusable as the roller no longer goes around smoothly. I can only imagine this is because it is not very well made.
