Hey, whatever helps, right? I have great treatment for migraines, but still get them. Any headache is one too many, whatever kind. I knew about this pressure point a very long time ago but had forgotten about using it for headaches. Basically pinch where the base of your thumb and pointer finger start in your hand. Move around a little, pinching pretty hard, until you find the absolutely sorest place. Bingo, you've found it. That's where the ends of this thing go. I think it helps if I put it on at the beginning of the headache. I can't use that hand much though, or the thing starts popping off. Worth a try.

This does work if your hand is small enough to wear. If it gives you any idea, my wedding ring is a size 5 and I know I won't be able to wear for very long. These look like they were made for a child. I bought one of these for my son who frequently gets migraines. He is not a little guy. There's no way he could get this on his hand. Please make some of these larger.

Years ago I was told to use my own thumb and forefinger to press on the area this device does. I know my own fingers helped with headaches and although I have not used this product, it mimics what I did myself, so I'm sure it will work as well.

I have migraines almost every day. This product worked for me. I had woke up with a migraine, as I usually do. I took a pill to combat it. My Aculief came in the mail. I put it on, and I didn't have to take another pill. (Sometimes up to 7 pills a day.) I'm loving the Aculief.

Used for headaches, but also helped with pain at base of thumbs.

I have had migraines for many years and was enthused to try this product. The plastic has very little give, which is good for applying pressure, but bad to stay in the correct place on your hand. It applies pressure that is not uncomfortable, and I have worn them to sleep with no problem, but they don't seem to do anything for me. I realize that I can only speak for myself, but these are expensive for little pieces of plastic so Let the Buyer Beware!
