Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  My kids have loved having this bar in the house. They will flip on this over and over again, which is nice for me since they exert some of their energy. I feel like it's sturdy when the bar is both low and high. I've had 4 young kids on it at once (I know it's probably not meant for that) but it has still held up and I have never felt like the kids are unsafe. The bar stays locked in place when I adjust the height too!

We wanted something for the kids to be able to do in the winter time. After we purchased the Matt Amazon showed us a gymnastics bar that was sold by the same company. So we decided to purchase the gymnastics bar as well. Our kids have been so thrilled to play with both together and separately as the mat can be used for flips and other activities. The bar raises up And down - to many different heights. The pro version look like the best option for all our family! I am happy with how secure the bar is and how well the mat fits underneath it. The bar seems to be made out of a synthetic wood so that no slivers will enter your hands and it is very smooth so that you can do flips and so that you can hold onto the bar very easily with a good grip securely, without your hands being injured or slipping off. It is very user-friendly and easy to adjust the height! It took me about 30 minutes to assemble. It is going to be so fun to have this winter for all of the kids. They really love going up to practice their gymnastics and even work on pull-ups!

Santa be warned: PICTURE OF THE ITEM IS PRINTED OUT OUTSIDE OF CARDBOARD BOX. Package too heavy to grab quickly and stash inside before curious kids see it. Gymmatsdirect, around xmas time, could you black out the name and picture of item on cardboard box with a marker so kids don't figure out what Santa is bringing? Otherwise, happy that you ship that massive heavy thing without charging us an arm and a leg! Will update review after xmas, but after spending hours reading reviews and checking various websites, this item seemed to be the best deal/option for a kid level 4 and up.

My child is in gymnastics. Uses this to practice at home. Works great. Highly recommend. Weight of child 77lbs.

This product arrived on time and it was very easy to put together! Took me about 1/2 hr. It’s very sturdy! My daughter loves it!

I purchased this bar for my (new) 7 year old. She is on a level 2, gymnastics team. This bar is very sturdy and provides excellent practices her her at home. We keep it in our 2nd living area, as it is not overly sized. I would highly recommend this for your little gymnast.

My 7 y daughter who attends competitions was doing a routine when the bar stand slipped few inches that caused to loose her balance and tried to hold the bar from the far left (where it connects to the stand) and since it has sharp edges she let go and fall on her back. She couldn’t breathe ... I thought i lost her for a moment. The mattress is not supportive enough... there should be a warning to add other protection with extra cushions. Also trim the connections the. Bar to the stand and make sure to add Non slippery rubber or weight to have the stand not shaky and more stable.I don’t usually write bad reviews but with the shock we had seeing my daughter not able to breath or move for a couple minutes with her wide open eyes ... oh my god . Can’t overcome the look .Don’t want other parents to go through this.

It is EXTREMELY important and relevant for parents to know this! Before even getting into the item itself, you MOST know that this comes with GYM mats direct printed in GIANT words on the box!Our daughter asked Santa for a gym set so imagine her surprise -- and not a good one but a bewildered question-promting ruin Christmas and magic type surprise -- when she saw not a big Amazon box, or Target, Walmart, or even just a plan brown box, but a box with "GYM" in giant letters on it at the front door!!!This is something the seller should either cover (especially at the holidays, duh) or at the very very very least WARN parents about.I've ordered things online and they almost always come in the retailer's logo box which doesn't indicate anything at all about what is inside. It can be a big box, that's fine as it could just have a lot in it. it doesn't ruin a surprise at all to see the A to Z smile logo on the box or a target symbol. And in that rare occasion when an item won't come in a retailers logo shipping box, you're warned about it in the cart before you place your order.Thanks Gym Mats Direct for ruining the ONE SURPRISE a little girl asked Santa for and worse, the magic of Santa altogether!!!!! Now we'll have to scramble to have her alsk Santa for something else and loose more money to find whatever that might be in the HOPE that maybe that convinces her to not stop believing!VERY disappointing, to say the least! 😢😢
