looks great, easy to install, works as advertised
I purchased this set to change my bathtub drain. The items worked as advertised, were easy to install, & the bronze color looks great. The toe touch is easy to use and no water leaks out of the tub. I was happy with the price and the ease of installation. I would definitely purchase again.

Not Bad
Easy to install and works fine. Only complaint is it is difficult to tell when it is actually engaged (closed) as it stands above the drain hole in open and closed position. When shut, very little movement to distinguish that it is actually closed. Assume it has to do with the drain flange but it does stop the water and allow the tub to fill, so it does the job. Reason for complaint is that if you cannot tell its engaged (flush) may wind up with a filling tub when showering or wasting water when trying to fill the tub. Especially if it is a shared bath.

Good quality
Easy to put in, sturdy and that little basket catches everything. You know it’s full when the water stops draining.

So far so goos
The push mechanism broke in 3 weeks. We used it to fill the bathtub maybe 5 times. I would stay awayUpdate. The little screw at the bottom gets turned inside and the mechanism does not work. Unscrew with fingers until its out and it worked fine

Total piece of garbage, don’t waste your time. Seriously.
This thing is a piece of crap.I have no idea how to clean the hair trap out without unscrewing the top to access it. The problem is that the screw that holds the flange to the stopper is not fixed/locked in. It’s double threaded... screws into the flange and also screws into the stopper. While you unscrew the stopper it’s also screwing further into the flange. So one time while unscrewing the stopper, the screw completely fell through the flange and into the drain. Now the entire piece is useless.I thought Well maybe this was a defective unit, so I exchanged it for another. Nope. Same exact same thing eventually happened.Aside from this, the only way to get the drain to stop when pushed down is to screw it on tighter, but that also makes it impossible to drain the water from a bath. The suction caused by the water pressure keeps the drain down. So you either have to hold it up by hand or unscrew it so far that the stopper is basically hanging on.Total piece of garbage. Don’t waste your time.

Works ok I guess
The drain plug looks great and it does stop hair. However, it does not stay open and it is difficult to open in a full bath. Works fine for now, but would not buy again.

No more ugly drain with worn off metal
Easy to replace - I do recommend the tool to unscrew the drain, otherwise this wouldn't have been easy, but great product and great price. Looks much nicer!

Hair catcher tub drain
Nice toe touch tub drain with built-in hair catcher. Simply unscrew the drain to remove hair that was stopped from going down the drain. Had to re-tighten 1/4 turn after a few days as it leaked but looks great and functions well.

Well made, solid piece
I really wish it had fit my tub drain. It says 1 1/2” which is the measurement of the one i’m replacing but, unfortunately, it is more a 1 3/4” size so too large. It’s a shame as it is a quality product.

Love it!
Fits perfectly but had to use 2 rubber washers instead of one for under the tub. I love it very much

Good quality build and finish
A reasonable grade of stainless steel as tested with a rare earth magnet (some attraction). The bushed nickel finish appears to good quality. Hope it holds up over time. The finish on the inside is good as well which means you can use it without the stopper attachment.I used a "tub drain remover wrench" to remove the old unit. The combination of the old, hardened plumbers putty and time (25 yrs) made the old drain somewhat difficult to remove. The wrench was essential - trying to use a pair of needle nose pliers would have been impossible! Also the wrench makes a scratch-free install of the new unit plus it requires some degree of turning force to seat the new plumbers putty. The toe-touch stopper unit has a spring and one central brass screw. A trim cap screws on top. The body is plastic. It appears it should hold up to regular use.
