Ideal for electric power washers
This wand fully screwed together is105in. long. 7 ,15in. pieces + rain gutter attachments.I bought this to power wash my1- 1/2 story bilevel. house and the 18ft. wands were not recommended for power washers under 3200 psi. My Sun Joe is 2200 psi. This wand delivers the same pressure fully extended as it did with no wand extension. My driveway runs parallel to the house and I can place a chair in the pick up truck as I did,or in my boat on the trailer to elevate me high enough get to the top of the eave witout a ladder, just to give you some ideas. With a ladder, I need 3-4 steps up to reach the top of the eave about 16ft.. It is a bit difficult to hold up for any length of time because of the torque you are holding on the long wand and the angle you are holding it on.The shorter the wand wth less pieces togther, the easier it is to hold up.With 2200 psi,the wand doesn't kick back .I took my time, took breaks and got the house done in less than a day. This unit is a good deal if you have a lower pressure ,electric power washer .I think it said good for 1800-4200psi..At a higher psi you will likely have to cut back on the pressure .I would start at half pressure on a 4200 psi and adjust it from there to a comfortable level,The problem in the video where the guy lost control of the wand ,wasn't the wands fault, the pressure was too high. Yes,I would buy another one at this price .

Like taming a wild horse!
I had a similar experience to the video reviews posted showing the wand whipping around like a loose fire hose, but I was able to take the beast and make it useful. For the price this is a good tool to own.I'd recommend using it with a lower pressure electric pressure washer. While the pipes can handle 4000psi, if you use it with a gas powered washer, the hose will bend and try to throw you around the yard. This is just due to the laws of physics. If your up for a challenge, attach the extension to a 2x4 so it won't bend from the angled forces and use all your strength to keep it pointed at the wall.Overall it was a fun challenge and this extension did save me time spent on a ladder. It works best as a straight extension, or with the hook extension to hold it onto the inside of a gutter. For siding, it would function best with a low flow pressure washer. It would also be a great gag gift to give to a naive person wishing to clean their own siding.

Works great and easy to use - kept pressure even at full length
My dad has a 2100 PSI pressure washer - the entry level available at a local big box. But he could never reach more than 8' height with it. So I purchased this package for him and drove over to his place to help out. The unit came well packed and in perfect condition. Instruction were easy to understand and included color graphics to easily clue us in as we were powerwashing. This was a big help as we had to change wand tips often due to different uses. The material of the wand seems high quality and it looks like brass fittings to connect each section. You can make the extension as long or short as you like by simply removing a section or two. And it connected easily to the end of our existing power washer. Two sections of the wand featured a cushioned hand grip. This came in very hand when holding the full length wand up to reach the gutters and gable of his house. We used the soap tip first and it worked great. Then changed to the wide angle (45 degree) tip for general use. I wasn't sure the pressure would stay high after traveling the entire length of tube but it did, and worked great getting the mildew and other debris off the siding.Once we were done we just let it sit vertical so the water could drain/dry out. Then my dad snapped the pieces apart and stored it compactly in a small bag.We were both very happy with the purchase. The quality of construction was very good. Assembly was easy, and we received everything in the package we needed to get started immediately. Clean up and storage were easy as well.In summary, this product actually exceeded my expectations. It worked great and is a good price compared to the competition. I'd definitely buy this again and do recommend it.

BEWARE! Be prepared!
It's been two years since I purchased and I have used it three times to clean gutters. As with MANY of the reviews -- the extension is so flimsy that if you use the "angled" nozzle, the tip of the extension will thrust back uncontrollably -- and if your pressure washer is powerful it will take your wrist with it. Impossible to avoid in this situation. I was lucky I did not smash a window. The force was so powerful it actually BENT the extension about 20-degrees. On another attempt it bent my trigger-wand about 15-degrees. (Both times I could bend back with my hands - betraying that they not heavy gauge.) Best idea here is to modify with PVC pipe the length of the want to absorb the shock, this does add a modicum of extra weight to handling. Using the PINK nozzle (straight force) is very effective for reaching high places. Also the brass (?) threads are subject to damage if you handle them (drop them) on hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt), so be careful. Also need to make sure the junctions are tight - I use pliers and vice grips to avoid leaks under pressure. Not unhappy with the purchase since I made the extra modifications and take precautions.

Great idea, poor design
Great idea with wide application but bends at top of device not rigid a enough to use for design purpose of cleaning house gutters
