Heatsink itself is great! issue with the kit
The heatsink case is well design and cutout nicely, but the thermal paste is total trash, and the copper plate is too thin at 1mm. The case won't be able to keep the CPU cold enough for turbo mod without buying a new copper plate, or thermal pad that is 1.5mm thick. Don't use/buy 2mm, because that is too thick and will warp the board.

OK but Still Needs a fan.
You can buy this heatsink with a fan on it too. Passive cooling is not enough. Without a fan it will get hotter than the blazes in holy hell! I love the way it looks and the slimness. If it were a tad thicker with a hole cut to accommodate a fan where it would be flush with the case rather than just mounted on top this would be fantastic. The quality however is very good and I would recommend a much better thermal paste as well.
