Good replacment
Does what it says, but its a replacment not an extender, not sure why other reviews are mad about that as when i bought it the overview seemed pretty clear.

Product works as advertised
No complaints, and I love the quality of the plastic and durability

Doesn't work as a hat snap extender
Unless I'm missing something, this doesn't actually work very well to extend a hat. The plastic square/flat end interferes with the plastic bumps that stick out on the hats normal snap strap... And then on the other end it just hangs away from the hat for half an inch or so. What would work better is one piece of plastic that had both holes and bumps and would sit between the two snaps normally on a hat. This is unfortunately just not useful at all.

Fixed puppy chewed hat
Bought this after my puppy chewed through my brother's favorite hat that could only be bought at national park a long distance away.This worked great, but broke my needle when stitching and ended up using super glue (user error).I subtracted a star since these are not as long as the original hat but still fit fine.

Grateful to find these.
So happy to find these. Our dog chewed the plastic strap off of my husband's favorite hat. I wasn't even really sure I could the piece needed to repair it, but figured if it existed, it would be on Amazon. I was really glad they came in multiple colors, as it was a red hat. I was extremely happy with the price, and how simple it was to mend. No sewing machine needed, just a needle and thread.

Works, but they're short.
My puppy decided to chew up the strap on my hat. I bought these to replace the strap, however they're much shorter than the original straps it had.

Good quality, but do not fit New Era hats as an extender.
I bought these for use as an extender so that I could hopefully fit my gigantic head in my new hat, which is a New Era brand, but the snaps are just a bit too small to use for that purpose. They are decent quality, especially for the price, but do not buy them if you are planning on using them as an extender for a New Era hat.

easy to use
My grandsons dog ate the back of his favorite hat and he threw it away 4 days before Christmas, I took it out of the garbage and order thee backings from Amazon, they got to me in two days. I fixed the hat, wrapped it and put it under the tree. He was so surprised and excited and thought I had bought him a new one. I couldn't as they didn't have any more.Thanks alot
