Better than expected
I’ve been using girdle tank tops for a couple years now, and my current one has become loose. I bought this one hoping it would do the job. After squeezing into it, it made me look so good!! My chest was pretty much completely flat (I am a male, 198 pounds, mild gynecomastia). It also smoothed out my belly fairly well. I put on a shirt over it, and I looked and felt amazing. My height is about 5’9” and I bought a large. It’s a little tight, so I might buy an extra large next time. I highly recommend this compression top!

Really like this style. No neck line seen through shirts and no sleeves means it works well with t-shirts.
I've been wearing compression shirts for a long time (10+ years). I started when I was overweight and self conscious about my man boobs and love handles and how I looked in dress and casual shirts. Since then I've lost lots of weight and I'm medically at my ideal weight now (175lbs at 5'11"). I still wear compression shirts because I like the compression feel, how it helps my posture and how it makes my shirts look while wearing them.I've tried lots of brands and really like Underworks. I just recently started wearing this style (muscle shirt cut). I really like it. It's cooler on my body because my arm pits are not trapped in short sleeves. The neck line is also a bit higher than my other Underworks shirts. This is good because you don't see the neck line bulging through thinner dress shirts. The no sleeves means it also works well with t-shirts and jeans. As for fit, I ordered a small. Yes, it's very tight - hello it's a compression shirt! My normal shirt size is medium, so I went down a size.I haven't had this style shirt for long, so I don't know how well it will hold up, so I only gave it 4 stars. Will update down the road.

Very comfortable, but wears out quicker than expected.
The material is very comfortable and super easy to wash/dry/maintain. It does a great job for binding (what I bought it for). However, I had to wear it very regularly and it started to not bind as tightly or as well after approximately 3 months of daily use. Overall, a great product, just not the best for large size chests if you want to look closer to flat chested as opposed to having the appearance of large breasts. (For reference, mine are G cups so it is not unexpected that a flat chest is not possible with this product)

Made of cotton, spandex, and sorcery
I bought this thing with low expectations--I'm a 38DDD and was certain there was no binder this side of Hades that could flatten these things. It came in and I tried it on. I thought I was going to dislocate my elbow trying to get it over my head. But once it got past my shoulders, just a little tugging and adjusting and--OH MY GOD WHAT IS THIS SORCERY!?No, it does not completely flatten my chest, nor did I expect it to, but it works WAY better than I dared hope it would. A couple of layers or a dark-colored shirt pick up the slack amazingly, especially viewed from the front. Not only that, it's actually comfortable. Seriously. Once it's on and pulled into position, it does not in any way impede my ability to move or sit or do other trivial little things like circulate blood, digest food, or breathe. I haven't tried singing in it yet but don't see that being a problem--if anything, it might help, seeing as how I seem to stand up straighter with it on.The first time I took it off I was afraid I would have to cut it off, but after that it either loosened up a little or I just got better at wriggling out of it.Definitely worth the money; I plan on trying the "extreme" version as well, but this one's a keeper.

The best yet.
I have purchased dozens of similar kinds of compression shirts beginning eight years ago. They've come a long long way, and this one, by far, has been the best. Many of you may also have struggled with compression shirts too, and notice that they roll up, tear, get holes and wear out with washing, stretch and become useless, show too much, irritate your armpits, make things bulk up in weird ways, and fit poorly. I have been wearing this one for a few months now, and none of that has happened. One new awesome feature is that the outside has a "cotton-feel" cover, even though it still feels like a double compression shirt. I get a SMALL, even though I am a medium sized person, because I like it to fit real tight. It gives me a nice clean, near-flat appearance, upper and lower chest both. It also hasn't ripped, and I am not particularly delicate with it, although I am careful. No holes yet, no loose stitching, and the exterior cotton-feel rocks my socks. I think of this compression shirt, and I think Underworks has been talking to right group of people--its customers! If they continue to sell it, I will continue to buy it. Better yet, I will buy a few and stash them.

Does as advertised
It does exactly what you want it to. I did as a lot of people recommend and I bought a size smaller. It definitely does the trick. Man boobs are gone and I feel so much better when I look in the mirror, my shirts fit better and I look buffer. I've had coworkers tell me I look better. Being a country boy I love being able to show off my belt buckles again without worrying about the dreaded muffin top.The only downside is that it's quite slick, and my pants tend to slide down, even with a belt. I would probably say buy some suspenders or spend an irritating amount of time pulling your pants back up.Overall I can't recommend this vest enough for someone who needs that boost of confidence brought by fitting into your favorite shirts. Or anyone with gynecomastia problems. On a side note: if you live in a colder climate (i.e the frigid North) the spandex definitely helps hold in the heat during winter. Sort of a bonus.

Too thick and fits small. Go 1 size up.
Yes I want compression. This was like wearing a rubber shirt attached to a rubber shirt. The advertisement looks good but the shirts are too tight and bulky. An xl fits snug on me so i ordered your xl size so i can fit in an xl shirt confidently. Now I want a refund. Send me an envelope to return these torture vests back and send me a bigger size please.

Good product for price
Good product overAll. I wanted good maintained compression and support so I got 2 sizes smaller than measurements.

does what it's supposed to
bought this for my f2m teenager, who is quite large...and it works really well. the only thing i would recommend is ordering one size smaller than necessary...good quality, good support, and disguises the figure.also gives great shape and support around the hips

Transgender person review
Fantastic product, I love it the best out of all of the binders I have and it is a real shame that they aren't in stock anymore on here! As soon as they are though I will be purchasing another. A slight buldge is visible if you lean over/bend but I think that might be more to do with having a stomach as large as my chest! Really good product and even helps with the hips looking slimmer. :)

ok
Well a bit small (perhaps I can shrink into it) but it is well made and does look good the size thing is probably my fault I am sure it will be useful in a few months time.

Comfortable
Easy to wear and very comfortable compression top. It is tight without being too constricting. I would recommend for anyone.
