Very good product sharp and sturdy.

I had been intending buying a new axe for years but the arrival of a new wood burning stove prompted me to get my act together. So glad I got this one as it is a treat to use, well balanced and as sharp as expected. Cutting kindling now is a breeze compared to my old axe. Great price and highly recommended.

Its got a good weight to it, and as mentioned it does come relatively blunt (but to its defence, its a bladed item, so its safer that way) i have taken the grinder to it, alongside whetstone and sharpening steel ( i like to go over kill haha)I bought this to take out bushcrafting and for what it cost me and the sharpness of it now, not a bad little investment.Couple of things for prospective buyers :Handle is industrial rubber - so does smell strongly, but soon fades after a few days airing.Glue residue on blade meant cleaning was required (minor detail in my eyes)Could have been packed better but lets not forget here, its a cheap hand axe not a premium one. I think it will handle chopping tasks well.

Very good axe for the price

The cutting edge is too thick you could hone down did do the job of cutting down small trees.

The axe is very good quality and comes with a decent edge already ground in so no sharpening required. The handle is comfortable to hold and being made of fibreglass helps to deflect some of the recoil when chopping at something. Overall a well priced axe with a good cutting edge, highly recommended.

It’s well put together and well balanced. Cuts effectively but does seem to lose its edge quite quickly.

Na ja. Die Axt war definitiv gebraucht. Sie ist stumpf und hatte macken. Nachdem ich sie geschärft habe, war sie ganz okay! Aber das war wirklich nicht so wie erwartet.

Negativo: El olor insoportable, que tiene el mango a petroleo, por eso no le pongo 5 estrellas, por lo demas esta bien aunque no viene afilada

Buona ascia, ma il disegno della testa, non permette di utilizzarla facilmente, in quanto il colpo tende a far incastrare angolarmente l'ascia sul legno, disperdendo buona parte della potenza, non proprio maneggevole anche il manico

Utile per spaccare la legna per camino , un po' faticoso spaccare i ceppi un po' più grossi , tutto sommato va bene

Tenía mejor aspecto que las que vi en el Leroy Merlin. Es muy manejable y tiene buen peso. La pega es que tuve que afilarla (¿porqué viene entonces con una protección para no cortarse con el filo?) y que la goma del mango huele a alquitrán que tira para atrás.
