Near & Dear Pet Memorials Elite Cloisonné Floral Blush Pet Cremation Urn, 50 Cubic Inch, Pink

As others have noted, this is a difficult review to write, because no pet parent ever wants to face the day when they need to purchase such an item, but despite the grief and heartache, this urn is absolutely exquisite. It's exactly what we were looking for to keep the ashes of our truly beloved and beautiful girl, Angel. She was a Bichon frise and weighed about 15 pounds, and there was plenty of room in this urn for her ashes (which we chose to keep bagged safely) and for other small keepsakes one may want to enclose - we added one of her collars, some clippings of her hair, and rose petals from a bouquet we were sent after her loss. The quality of this urn is exceptional, and the cloisonne pattern of flowers and gold paint details is so pretty (the flowers are a mix of blush pink and pale lavender), and the threaded lid is very secure. Angel was such a special, sweet girl, and she deserved the loveliest resting place, so we were comforted to find this. We loved her very dearly and will miss her every day, but every time we look at this gorgeous piece, we will remember her.

Our oldest cat died, and I wanted to get her the most beautiful, well-crafted urn. Something as classy and wonderful as she was. Something she deserved. I was worried that this would be a 'placeholder' urn, because the price seemed low, honestly, for the type of quality I was seeking. However, when it arrived, I was honestly stunned. It's a gorgeous urn, and it's perfect for her. We have it on our mantle right above our fireplace. I'm glad I found something worthy of her. She was a great cat.

Gorgeous urn. The lid screws on, so there’s no worry about accidentally emptying the ashes out if it’s knocked over. The inside is painted a pretty teal color. The only complaint I have is that there is a band of gold on the top of the lid that is missing a little bit so it’s not a complete circle - you can see it on the right hand side in the second picture. For the price I paid, I feel that it should not have this kind of defect. Also, the “made in China” sticker on the bottom is hard to remove. I will have to scrub it with alcohol to try to get all the adhesive off. I put the lighter in the first picture for size reference. I don’t have my cat’s ashes back yet, but I think it will be plenty big enough to contain them.

I hate that I had to buy this, but, it’s beautiful. Our daughter passed away at 5 days old and this was the first urn after hours (literally hours) of searching that caught my eye. It’s even more beautiful in person

This is one of those purchases every pet owner does not want to make, but at some point you have to make. So thankful I found this urn to keep my beloved cat’s ashes in. Such a beautiful memorial to a beautiful soul. This urn is so gorgeous and of great quality. Worth every penny.The lighter colors of purple on the urn appear to be pink in the product picture (lighting makes colors appear differently), but in person, it’s actually light purple, not pink. I have no problems with this, but thought I would mention this for people looking to buy.

Made of metal with threads holding the lid on and painted on the inside. It’s beautiful but does have a spot on the lid in the exact same location that someone else pointed out. It looks to me like that it is from the manufacturing process: they probably made contact with an electrode there while electroplating the brass finish onto it. But it’s hardly noticeable.

I guess it was meant for pets but I ordered it for my sweet grandmother. It looks just like the picture but even prettier in person. It’s beautiful and I know my grandmother would have loved it. This was the only urn that stood out to me. Thank you❤️
