NOT a good product
The first order arrived with missing parts and no functioning remote/lights. I request an exchange for the same product and AGAIN missing parts, lights not working and as a bonus: the package was totally ripped like it had been open and closed many times. I returned and requested a refund. The piece was received on 01/29/21 and refund "granted" but up today 02/10/21 no money. Bad product, even worse costumer service.

Wow!! Love it!!!!
If we can’t go to the club then bring the club to us!!! I bought two of these stands to surprise my husband for his birthday and he loved it!!! Packaging well done and setup was very easy once I realized the direction of inserting the leads matters. Remotes work well and stands look gorgeous when lit up! Two stands is perfect to hold various bottle sizes and shapes, one stand would be too small especially since everyone’s collection tripled during quarantine lol.

Nice Ambient Light Effects / Display Bar Case
The media could not be loaded. The packaging was well done. I did have a little difficulty at first in getting the lights to work. I wasn’t sure if the battery in the remote was working properly or if the connection in the back was secure enough, but after a few minutes of securing and the cable and taking out the battery in the remote and putting it back in, the lights came on. I like the subtle effects more, but there are many options to choose from and I think this will be a nice addition to my bar set up. The video I took just after I took it out of the box and tested to make sure it worked properly.

Doesn’t work or pair
We got 4 units and only one works. It says the remotes and interchangeable if you pair them but this is not true. we worked on this for like 2 hours and could only get 1 unit to light up. Will return and buy a different brand. Ok if you need one I guess but if you need multiples pass on it

Nice looking but didn't work
Box is sturdy and light weight. Electrical connection is terrible. Didn't work out of the box for me.

Perfect home bar liquor shelf!
This is a great shelf for our home bar! Lots of LED light color options. The remote is a bit finicky, but the seller was very responsive and QUICKLY sent a replacement . Great customer service!!

Great product
This thing has more colors than you can actually see on the remote, Did have an issue with the remote. customer service was excellent and followed up many times during the process to ensure that it worked after they sent out the new remote which arrived immediately. Would highly recommend as an overall company and product

Works great! Easy set up. Not many instructions come with it. Somehow our tv remote works with it too

Product is fine. shipping ETA unreliable, source not same as seller origin
The product itself is good as looks and works as advertised. I would recommend buyer beware if you need this item for a specific date, and that the item will not necessarily ship from Canada. I specifically ordered this item from a Canadian item to avoid shipping and customs delays. The seller responded to my questions with inaccurate/missing info. I found out from the shipping company from tracking info provided by seller that there was a SECOND shipper and the item was coming from CALIFORNIA, USA! Also note no refunds are possible from this seller. The item came a week after promised delivery date, a disaster for public event it was needed for. I wont buy here again and won't trust a seller's origin as the origin of an item ever again.
