I received my Newa about 2 weeks ago and I really love it so far. I've been looking at radio frequency for awhile and originally purchased a generic machine, however that machine scares me because of reviews saying it shocks them while using it. So I wanted something that was safe and that I wouldn't be afraid to use and this is it. In only 2 weeks I've def noticed a change in the over all texture of my skin. Radio frequency takes time to really show results, but two weeks in, i'm impressed. It does get hot and there is a learning curve to the best way to use it. Large circles work better for me, but there are so many demos on youtube that really help figure all of that out, so utilize those. They say you have to use their gel, however I've found that normal ultrasound gel works well. In fact I read an article that they had to stop selling the Newa gel in the UK for awhile due to some ingredient, and the customers were offered normal, cheap ultrasound gel as a replacement until they could reformulate the $38 gel. Just alittle tip for anyone thinking twice about this because of the price of the gel. I know it made me think twice before buying. So if you need a boost to your skin or are looking to slow time down a bit from the comfort of your home, be consistent and if you're like me you'll be pleased. They also have a 1 year warranty and an app to track your progress. Good stuff.

Easy to use, lengthy cord which is a plus. The heat is good, I’m imagining some will find it hot, but I could tolerate even more. However, it is a consumer product and not the same service one would receive at a professionals office. I haven’t used it consistently enough to say I’ve seen a difference, but that’s on me.

Have been using it for almost a month and can definitely see results. Not a fan of the scented but you kind of get use to it and it's only on for a short time. They do offer a sensitive skin one, unscented. I don't have sensitive skin, just sensitive nose, so I will be trying that. Customer service assured me that the scent is the only difference and efficacy is the same. Will update with pictures

I purchased the Newa after much research and praise about it. The device itself feels incredibly cheap even though I paid almost $200 for it. I didn’t use it for long, I didn’t feel a thing. I couldn’t tell whether it was working or not. This is one of those beauty devices that require commitment and consistency. But honestly, I don’t think the device could handle the wear and tear.

Easy to use, the package was beautiful. They supposed to offer one free gel upon the review on amazon but the promo code didn't work so disappointed.

So far so good! I also like that it only takes 4min per area! :)
