Trekassy 700lb 45 Inch Saucer Tree Swing for Kids Adults Textilene Age-Resistant with 2pcs 10ft Tree Hanging Straps, Steel Frame and Adjustable Ropes--Blue

This swing is NOT 45 inches in diameter. I have no confidence that it will hold up to 750 pounds.We purchased this swing to “upgrade” the one that our family has completely worn through. We purchased it because it was listed as being “45 inches in diameter” which is considerably larger than our current swing, with a much higher weight rating. When we received the product, it was labeled correctly with all the included parts matching the picture on the description (we have the swing we ordered), but upon assembly, the diameter is less than 39 inches in diameter, which is the same size as the swing we purchased for $49 last year that our kids have completely decimated in a year. While the black webbing seems sturdy, the colored nylon is as thin as on our cheaper swing. I have no confidence that this swing will hold up to it’s listed weight rating without bending/destroying the nylon fabric. If you’re interested in this swing, I’d suggest buying a cheaper swing, or spending a bit more on on one that actually matches its product description.I will share that assembly was very fast with 2 adults. Disassembly to put it back in the box to return took a bit longer. 😜 I’m very glad that we didn’t wait until Christmas Eve to assemble this and hope that the replacement swing we ordered arrives before Christmas. My daughter loves this swing! It held me no problem as well. Very sturdy, well made durable materials ensure safety and should last a long time. The only challenge was putting the pipe frames together. It is a very tight squeeze requiring 2 people to hold the other pipes in place while fitting them together. It is also challenging to get the bolts into the pipes for the ropes because the holes don’t always line up. Something that worked well was putting part of the bolt in at an angle and carefully sliding the hole open. You could also use a screwdriver that fits. Once you’re ready to hang it, the adjustable ropes are easy to use and hold firmly in place. They also allow for slight adjustments if the branch or straps are not quite level. Highly recommend.

There are many points to consider, including the amount of space you have available in you back yard, who will be using your swing and most importantly safety.

The swing started coming unstitched on the second day of use. Sent it back and got a different brand.

The original swing I received had minor issues with the stitching, Trekassy responded to my email within minutes and once I showed my Amazon order they sent me a replacement. The swing is an excellent fun and joy for my grand daughter. I have this product 5 stars due to the fun and enjoyable moments kids can have and the awesome customer service, way to go Trekassy.

UPDATEEmailed back forth with Trekassy customer support and they are sending us a new swing. They were very kind, courteous, and wanted to make it right. Once we have used the new swing for a bit I will update again!We have had this swing assembled for 2 months… unfortunately our two 50 lb kids have managed to tear the stitching on this swing… shocking considering it is slated to hold 750 lbs. Keep scrolling if considering this swing or just keep the warranty card handy once you order it… you are going to need it.

This swing is very sturdy & well made. It was easy to install. It's the 1st thing our grandchildren want to do when they visit our home & gets hours of use. We like that the saucer seating area is solid as opposed to the rope version. This allows for our younger grandchild to feel safe while swinging.

We put the swing up about a month ago. It was easy to put together and seemed sturdy. Unfortunately the blue fabric around the outside has ripped. The swing has had little use so I’m surprised it didn’t hold up for at least 1 season. Unfortunately I am 10 days past my return window so I guess I will duct tape it and hope it will last until winter.
