What i needed to cook
Exactly what I order, great (and the original - for my family lol) burgul to cook arabic food such as taboulee and kibe.

Disappointed.
This Bulgar has a fusty taste, not sure how old it is. Also, it's very fine, which results in a slushy texture so, personally, I'll stick with the courser varieties in the future.
